I had the pleasure of working with Jake Krygier of Infinity Roofing. Infinity did a complete tear-off and replaced the roof on our 4 bedroom, two-story home in 2015. Everyone we had contact with from Infinity was friendly and professional. We had a challenging situation where our shingled roof met a small section of flat roof and the initial installation was not draining as planned. Jake and his colleagues made return trips, first to assess the situation and then to make necessary adjustments to a diverter which did the trick. Before the installation, we had made a down payment on the job, and Jake assured us then that our final payment would not be needed until we were completely satisfied with the installation. He and the company were true to his word. I would recommend Infinity for all the right reasons: fair pricing, quality workmanship, and personal attention throughout the project.

Infinity Exteriors had window quotes far better than any competitor I got quotes from. The installers were on-time, friendly, and informative. I will definitely go back for other work on my house.

Let me tell you about my experience with Infinity Exteriors. On a scale from 1 -10 (10 being best) I give them an 11.5. I had three bids on my roof with Infinity being the last. Their presentation was totally professional and they had the best bid for the overall service provided of the three. Not only did they back-up their proposal, they went above and beyond my expectations. From the sales representative to the job site manager and foreman with crew, all of them were kind and courteous. Most important (I am a Vietnam Vet) they were On Time! Their workmanship and cleanup was outstanding.

We needed to reside and paint the trim of our home. We used Infinity because they resided my sisters home and she was very happy with their work. Aaron from Infinity came out and helped us pick the siding color and trim color. He also provided us with the name of a place to get new garage doors. I used Infinity for two different roofing jobs on my home in Milwaukee: a standard asphalt/shingle roof and a flat roof using tpo and aluminum through wall scuppers. I found that Infinity was extremely professional throughout the entire process, from initial consultation, to install and through final punch-out of details and payment.
My home is in an historic district and has extra limitations on the types of details that a roof can have. Infinity was very accommodating as we worked through some atypical details. Even when Infinity and myself had disagreements about the proper way to do something they were extremely professional.
