Waukesha Roofing Company Built on Customer Satisfaction
Josh Sparks, owner of Infinity Roofing, got his start roofing shortly after graduating high school, leaving his “lucrative” position at McDonald’s to work with a good friend at a roofing company before going off to college in the fall. He started like everyone else; by cleaning up the grounds. As the summer went on, he worked his way up the ladder to become a shingler’ and eventually foreman. Before leaving college, Josh started handing out flyers to do his own work to make some extra tuition money, and thus Infinity Roofing was born.
After joining the Marine Corps, where he learned invaluable leadership skills which he would bring to Infinity, Josh returned to his reserve post here in Milwaukee and started working hard at growing the business. Over the past 8 years, Infinity Roofing has grown to over 25 employees and 3+ million dollars in annual gross sales, all while never receiving a single dispute or complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
From the beginning, Infinity Roofing dedicated itself to providing the highest level roofing service in Southeastern Wisconsin. This means instead of taking winters off like most Milwaukee roofing contractors, we are doing research and learning more about how to give our customers the greatest possible value. Over the years, we found that in order to provide the highest quality roofing system possible, and prevent ice damming, it was necessary to make sure people had proper attic insulation. After becoming a member of Focus on Energy for Wisconsin, we also decided to take on installation of energy efficient windows and siding to give even greater options and value to our customers. With our expanding product line, we changed our name to Infinity Exteriors in 2008.
Josh still works on the roof occasionally but the real production is handled by his two right hand men; Mike Sparks and Matt Buchta. Mike and Matt have been with the company for over 6 years and are an integral part in the success of Infinity. MaryJean (Josh’s wife) runs the office and day to day production with the help of Julia Stemper.
Infinity Exteriors continues to grow every year with the help of all of its previous customers. In 2008 alone, 1.6 million dollars in sales were directly from word of mouth advertising……a mark that speaks to the quality and excellence of Infinity Exteriors.
