Unlike the other companies we tried to work with- Vin answered every email, text and phone call timely and never made me feel like I was bothering him! Vin really knew his stuff and was able to make the process very thorough and simple at the same time. He went above and beyond with his service, helping secure some siding while he was inspecting the roof damage to help prevent leaks. We loved his energy, passion and recommendations! Communication was also very timely and easy to understand. You can tell Vin and his team have a ton of experience and have really fine tuned their processes to benefit their customer. They also back their quality which is a huge benefit of working with them.

We needed 4 awning windows replaced and received quotes from 7 other window companies and ultimately decided to go with Infinity due to their extremely competitive pricing, warranty and outstanding customer service. Having met with several other companies, Zac was a breath of fresh air and did not put any pressure on us to make a quick decision (vs. other companies that offer 'great' deals but you must commit the day of the estimate). Zac was extremely responsive and addressed all of our questions, ensuring we were comfortable throughout the whole process. The installation done in one day and we are very happy with our new windows!

We had a new roof, siding, windows and insulation all done with Infinity. Jake K is exceptional at what he does but doesn’t try to oversell you on anything. Infinity wasn’t our lowest priced quote but my gut feeling was to go with them and I’m so glad we did! My two year old daughter even loved having “all of the guys” working there on the various projects! We are pleased with the final project and so happy we went with Infinity!

I used Infinity exteriors to install both siding and gutters. I worked with Caleb (sales), Nick (project manager), and Lorenzo (crew leader). My home turned out beautiful, and I'm not the easiest guy to please. Infinity may be a larger contractor, but I was treated like I was their only customer. Caleb, Nick, Lorenzo and his crew were awesome to work with and they really cared about their job and making sure I was satisfied with their work.

Tom guided us through the process so well we’ve used him twice for a roof installation. He listened to our situation both experiences and customized the approach to fit our budget and goals. We wouldn’t recommend or choose any other option when it comes to this important decision.

We had our flat roof replaced by Infinity Exteriors and they did an excellent job. The project itself was a big deal and they handled it without any issues. Everyday the crew would cleanup the site and make sure their materials were not littered on the property. I could not see everything they were doing on the roof, but I could tell they sure knew what they were doing. I would recommend Infinity to anyone that is considering a project. From the first meeting with Adam to the last day of the project, I was totally impressed with Infinity.
