I was very pleased with the result.

Very professional. From the moment I called for an estimate to the completion of the work. Josh, the estimator, showed up at precisely the time he said he would. He described the company and its origins. He explained the product, product options, the installation process, the debris removal process, the work crews and how they operated, the guarantees and warranties, everything one would need to know in order to make an informed decision. Very professional. He also explained that because of the backlog of jobs they had scheduled, he could not give me an exact start date. He gave me an "about date" that turned out to be very close to the actual start date. The work crew was absolutely fantastic. They arrived around 8 a.m. and at 1 or 2 p.m. the job was completely finished. They explained that they had a double crew on this job, and normally it takes two days to complete a job. Each member of the crew knew his job and went about it with clock-like precision. When the job was completed, the entire crew did a walk-around the grounds looking for anything that was out of order or had been missed. I was very impressed. This is a 5-star company with the highest recommendation.

We would use this company again and highly recommend it to others. Signed proposal on 5/14/08 and roof was installed on 5/29/08. The very professional crew was polite and courteous at all times. They worked from early morning until 6:30 PM. They even nailed down loose shingles on our decorative wishing well in the yard. They used a magnet tool to sweep the driveway for loose or scattered nails on the ground. Mary Jean Sparks was always very responsive and helpful to all our phone calls and helped us to send appropriate papers to the shingle manufacturer for a rebate under warranty.

I contacted Infinity through a referral from someone at work. I scheduled an appointment with the courteous office staff, and Josh arrived on time and was prepared. Josh was very professional and friendly. He explained everything, was able to answer all of our questions, and left us feeling that we knew what to expect. The week before our job was to begin we received a call from the office, informing us about the material and the dumpster deliveries, and the start date for the work. The roof was completed in one day, much to our surprise. The clean up and crew were excellent. The siding and gutters took about a week to finish and turned out great. I was amazed at the amount of work they got done professionally in such a short amount of time. Infinity kept in contact with us during the process to make sure we were happy. The project was completed and we were left with a new home. The neighborhood liked our new look too!!

It was great from start to finish. Darryl the person who did the estimate was nice, professional and always returned my calls in a timely manner. He also answered my questions thoroughly. The roof on our 3 buildings were torn down and replaced in a 1 1/2 days. The workers were friendly and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up very well.

The Milwaukee roofing crew arrived per schedule and finished the complete roof repair job in one day. The installers were professional and did a good job installing and cleaning up. We are pleased with the job.

The Infinity crew did a very nice job. Having had roofing done on this home and other properties in the past, I believe that Infinity did an excellent job at a very fair price. I'd been concerned that a low pitch area might again develop leaks through the ice & water shield, because we'd had galvanized nails rust and shrink after being in wet ice damming. Josh agreed to use copper nails in that area to eliminate the possibility of rust. Infinity's 8 man crew completed most of the job in one day, with two men doing the finish work the following day. The dumpster was only here for 24 hours and the crew was careful working around our plants and flowers. Josh agreed to re-pitch a gutter and have it discharge to the opposite side of the house. He also found downspouts to match the siding color rather than using just white downspout material.

Infinity Exteriors did the roofs for my condo development, 5 buildings. They did a great job. It was a pleasure working with Nick during the quoting process. Scott did a great job managing the project. I would definitely recommend Infinity Exteriors!

Good, honest company that does prompt and quality work with good products. I have had them do two projects, some new construction windows and flashing an old deck while replacing a patio door. Both were done quickly and they resolved any issues as they worked. With the cold temps we've had early on I am very glad I had this done, and the products are noticeably superior to the original windows I still have in other areas of the home. The roof installation only took about a day and a half, while the windows took about two days to install. Both experiences were great, the crews were professional, on-time, and cleaned up everything. Having experienced winter with the new windows and roof I've seen a decrease by about $20 per month on average. I would call them again for other home projects and would recommend them to anyone in need of a roof or windows. They don't pressure you to buy they simply let the product speak for itself.
