Infinity Roofing Reviews: See what your neighbors have to say about our work

"Reputation before profit." Our motto at Infinity Roofing contrasts with most Wisconsin and Illinois roofing contractors. We want to develop lasting relationships with our customers and not simply move on to the next job. Our goal is to educate you about the project and let you make the decision to hire us. We are confident that when you know the facts....we are the best option! We've completed over 48,000 jobs in Wisconsin and Illinois. See what our customers have to say about our exceptional roof installation and repair services. "Sam is the man"
My husband and I began to get quotes for our big project (roof, soffits, gutters, siding and windows) and had almost 10 contractors come out. However there was one that stood out the moment my husband met him. His name is Sam Ward @ Infinity Exteriors LLC. From the moment he began talking it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. He was very professional and took the time to explain every little thing as far as what we needed and what we did not need. We then met up with him a few days later to see the product in the showroom and this is where I was able to meet Sam. My husband's description and how he felt about Sam was instantly the same way that I felt "this guy knows his stuff" and "I feel like he is being honest and not trying to just make a sale" He was up front and stated he might not be the cheapest and he might not be the highest, however he was right in line with the others. But the others were offering us the basic material for some of the items (soffit and gutters), where Sam had listened to us that we were not looking to move from this home and factored that into his decision of the product he proposed to use. I had quite a few questions at that meeting and not once did I feel pressured or hurried up. Sam even shared another customer's contact information so that we could reach out to them to be able to see a color he thought that we would like in person as well as have a review of someone that completed a project with Infinity Exteriors LLC. She spoke highly of Sam (just like I am doing here) as well as all of the crews that were at her home. This reassurance has helped us in moving forward with Infinity Exteriors LLC for this home over hall. We are excited and can't wait to see the transformation in the coming months. Sam thanks for your dedication to this industry and you knowledge that you share with everyone you meet. More review once we complete the project :-)

Hello there. My project has just been completed and I am complete ecstatic with the results. We had a full scope of work being done so we were prepared for something to go wrong, however it was opposite of that. We had some small concerns (cleanup of one crew, but it was addressed and immediately addressed to our satisfaction). If there was a concern or question I reached out to Sam, Nick or Scott and they replied right away. We are always getting compliments on the color and how wonderful the house looks. Sam I can't say thanks enough for selling Infinity Exteriors by using your knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend them to family and friends for their home project needs as well as any we may have in future

10/10 would recommend my project advisor Jon Matteson. Clear, concise, factual communication that did not feel like a sales pitch. Promptly responds to his customers and has their best interests in mind. Would work with him again for future roofing, siding, or exterior home needs.

2023 update: a few gutter corners were still leaking last year. Project Manager Scotty tried to schedule someone from the install team to fix them, but when that was taking too long, he came and fixed them himself. Almost a year later, he made sure one last leaking corner was sealed. This company really does stand by their work. A real credit to Scotty for taking care of this issue. Infinity is lucky to have him on the team.

A quality company that stands behind their work. They use quality roofing materials and provide a great warranty (both mfr and installation - I read the details). Roofing crew worked REALLY hard to get the project done in one day. They were competent and respectful. I expected a few nails would be left behind and that was the case (it was dark during cleanup), but not a major issue. A few minor concerns I had in the weeks following were addressed without hesitation. The gutter install did not go quite as smooth, but two callbacks fixed the leaking corners (I expected better corner joints, but the key is that they're not leaking). Price was a bit more than a few other companies, but I wanted a company that would be there to resolve any issues - even if they come up years later. All the people I dealt with at Infinity were true professionals. I can't say that about some other types of contractors I have dealt with in the past.

Well, late fall arrived and it was time for my annual replacement of some window weather stripping. When I opened one of the casement windows it fell apart, completely rotted. It really was time for new windows. My friend and his relative chose Infinity Exteriors for their new windows and roof. Both were very pleased so we checked out Infinity's showroom after doing some research. Their prices were very competitive and the quality of their Richlin vinyl windows was excellent. We chose to replace our windows in stages. The first story would be year one. We elected to replace the entire window units rather than just the sashes. It was January and two Infinity installers cut out and replaced fourteen windows (one at a time) in one day. The temperature in the house never went below 64 degrees. The installers did an excellent job and were very professional. The window woodwork was also replaced and the stain was a good match to our existing woodwork. Right after the install, Wisconsin was hit with a bunch of snow the the polar vortex. Minus 23 degrees air temperature is as bad as it gets and the new windows passed with flying colors! The proof of a good company is how it responds to an issue after the job is completed. It was raining and one of the windows leaked a bit. We called Infinity and they said we'll be out today. The service manager arrived two hours later and said the chalk gapped a little and we'll take care of it and they did. He said we continue to come back until the customer is completely happy - can't beat that!...Peter K.

A few years ago my garage roof was replaced by Infinity. From start to finish it was a great experience. Jake took care of everything for me. Great work was done and completed very efficiently. I am now having windows installed by Infinity. Jake took care of the estimate and met all of my needs. Mike came for the final measure and that went very well also. I had decided to make a couple of changes from the original estimate and that went smoothly also. I discussed the changes with both Mike and Jake and we all thought the change would only make the window replacement all the better. I am eager for my windows to be installed in October. Again, Infinity met my needs for scheduling the installation for October when I have time off from work. Five stars for Infinity!

A handful of our neighbors were using Infinity for roofing replacements so I did some research on the company -- I read a lot of great things to go along with A+ on the BBB and a LOCAL company. They recommended I speak further to Logan. He's been great to work with thus far & I'm hoping insurance can help my family out with this project so that I can tackle a few other exterior remodeling projects in the coming years.

A Home Improvement Project is a major decision. Actually, many decisions. Speaking with, selecting contractor(s), considering and deciding on materials, colors, gathering and comparing proposals, all and more factor in.

My wife and I chose Infinity Exteriors for our upcoming home improvement project. Why?

Our Project Advisor, Daniel Miller.

Dan is knowledgeable, easy going, informative, has experience that shows. He spent time with us, provided us with information and options that helped us tremendously in making an informed decision.
He made available his proposal for the work very quickly. Dan took the time to prepare pricing alternatives presenting different materials and product lines. Working with him during this initial stage gave us comfort, set us up for a successful Project, and has us eagerly looking forward to this renovation of our home.

Sure, if you're considering a project like ours, do speak with a number of contractors. Gather the information that suits your needs.

And be absolutely certain you contact Infinity Exteriors. Ask for Dan.
