This is Scott bramow we were looking for a new roof, so I talked to my neighbors, Gary bellington who referenced infinity, so I called up, and I got a response immediately with the people in the office. I've got to schedule the same day to see Charlie about less than a week later. Charlie came in on time and we went through the whole process. I did interview some previous roofers. But infinity and Charlie as above the rest, so we're very happy. We signed a contract so we can have the roof replaced. very professional, charlie is a good guy keep him board.

We had had roofing and windows recently installed on our house with other companies and we are trying to find the source of a leak on the 1st level of our home. We have been unsuccessful working with these other companies to find the source of the leak. We called Infinity Exteriors to find the source of the leak and Caleb came out today, was timely, professional and very thorough with his inspection of our roof, siding and windows and was able to give several suggestions on the source of the leak as well as several solutions to get it fixed. I appreciated his time, information and inspection.

We got estimates from 7 roofing companies when looking to replace our roof this Fall and are very happy that we went with Infinity. They were the last one to come out and were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive quote that we received, but the time we spent with our Project Advisor, Dave, really sold us on the company. He provided a thorough and knowledgeable inspection and assessment of our current roofing system making sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision without feeling rushed, pressured or pushed in any particular direction. The installation team did a great job including attention to detail and clean up. There were two very minor cosmetic things that were noticed on a final walk through, but they were immediately addressed. We highly recommend Infinity for their customer service, communication and fair value. We are relieved knowing we do not have to worry about our roof for the next 50 years and will definitely call on them if we look to replace our siding in the future.

Did a terrific job. Very satisfied. Had new roof, gutters, facia, suffet, 2 entry doors and 2 storm doors, and siding. Did amazing job in all areas, with only 1 problem that was quickly rectified. Siding guys worked 12 hours in light to moderate rain on the 2nd day to finish on time. Very appreciative. Spent more than we wanted...some areas (doors) were pricier than one would guess, but it is what it is. But overall, a great experience. Would recommend. If you speak/understand spanish, thats a big help to comminucating with the crews.

The project coordinator Caleb was very knowledgeable and did a great job identifying issues, explaining our options and walking us through the entire process. We did not end up selecting Infinity for this job, but their pricing and offerings were very competitive.

Brent came out and did a full and detailed inspection. He took videos of the roof and pictures from inside the attic to show any issues and gave an informative description of the current state of the roof. This was one of the best experiences I have had with receiving an estimate.
