Decisions took a while but everyone was very patient. Job was done in just over a week, longest part was receiving the material.

Should add that they did our roof at the previous house. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Back in July we had Infinity Exteriors LLC replace 7 windows in our home. We were impressed with everyone throughout the process. Zac came to our home with window displays so we could see exactly what we would be getting (other window companies had just come with a brochure!). He answered our questions and never pressured us. He was up front about the fact that they use sub-contractors for their work. This worried us a little, but they had such a good reputation that we decided to take the chance. We were notified by either email or phone during every step of the process... when the person for final measurements would come, when the windows were ordered, when they were finished, and finally, to be installed. The installers (those sub-contractors) were great. You could tell they took such pride in their work. We didn't have all of our windows done, so they had to make the trim on the new windows "match" the ones we didn't have done, and they did an excellent job. We love our new windows. We are so pleased with Infinity that we plan to use them when it comes time for a new roof and siding. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the installer is the one who is supposed to receive the final payment from the customer, but he is not provided an invoice or anything. We chose not to give him the money, which he had no problem with, and instead waited for an invoice from Infinity, which came a few days later. That was only thing during the whole process that wasn't great.

Because we have a challenging roof, we received several estimates. Russel from the Madison office was the only person who took notes during our visit and measured the roof by hand to make sure his quote was accurate. He had questions about some of the details and made a second appointment to review the project with Matt the Production Manager. His quote was not the least (or most) expensive but was the most detailed addressing the concerns we discussed from our initial meeting and explaining details with how things would be done.
Matt visited a few times during the project and arrived on the first day before the crew. He noticed a mistake with some of the materials that were delivered, which he had corrected right away.
The crew did a good job on a difficult roof. We had questions on a few areas which Matt inspected right away and made arrangements to have changed.
Andy and Carl from the service department were awesome. They came out and addressed all of our concerns. They even primed and painted some trim that needed to be replaced so we wouldn't need to do it after they left.
We would highly recommend Infinity Exteriors to anyone with an exterior home improvement project. We plan on using them again in the future for windows.

Ben came out for a repair estimate after what I thought was water damage from the rain. Not only was he thorough in his walk thru, he glued down some loose shingles for me at no charge. He was very professional, very kind, and I will definitely be calling them again when my roof needs to be replaced in a few years. Thank you for such great customer service!

Edit: it's 2023, and I kept my word and will be using Infinity to replace my roof. Granted, it's a different house, but I knew they were the ones to call to get the job done. I worked with Jason this morning to set up the contract, and he was very thorough in his consultation, professional, and quite knowledgeable on every aspect of getting a roof installed correctly and up to a high standard. I look forward to the install, and very happy to have chosen them for this project! Thank you!

Ben G came out to my home this past Tuesday for a roof inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. Most of all he wasn't pushy trying to sell me on unneeded services or products. Very highly recommend.
