Update: Now that the project was completed I'm updating my review. Key points - I have no complaints about the quality of roofing work that was done - Roof work was done really well. The crew that worked on this project, worked their butts off finishing in the dark. - Insurance discrepancy were found and added funds obtained. - There was some miscommunication in available insurance dollars for this project. After project completion I had a number of conversations with one of the owners about my concerns. He showed genuine concern about my issues and worked to make it right.
Yes, they stand behind providing quality customer service, it's not just lip service. I would recommend them for exterior projects.
