Matt did an excellent job today. He was initially scheduled to fix an 8ft section of lead guard and brackets for gutter. But after further inspection he ended up replacing more than he expected due to the snow and ice damage. He was professional and expeditious with the repair. Just had my roof replaced by Infinity. Great experience. Communication was excellent we were always kept in the loop with progress updates. Personnel was always available to take and answer questions. Appears they have a rock solid warranty, hopefully we won’t need it but great to know it’s there just in case. We had windows replaced in our late 1990s Belinski home. They needed. Infinity's sale staff (David Deaton) was excellent to work with regarding our choices and options, and presenting what we could expect. Our Project Managers, Harlee and JR were excellent in communication during the interim between ordering and installation and then our install crew (Dan and Dan) did a GREAT job of installing the windows, patio door, and new trim around everything (we even had new trim put around the garage and the pole by the front door). Commuinication was great after the project as well and when we had one window that would not open, JR came out and had it operational in no time at all.
