Emailed request for quote right off their website regarding a new roof and new gutters. Received a call almost instantly and had a project manager contact me for an appointment within a day. Tom G. was friendly, professional, asked all the right questions, presented his company and products that fit exactly to what we were looking for. Checked our roof and gutters and attic. Gave us his recommendation all within an hour. Based on Tom's offer, as well as recommendations from people we knew, we decided they were the company to go with. Installation won't be until sometime in March or April and at that time will give an updated review on completed work. Overall, Infinity Exteriors handled and presented themselves as a first-class operation and we feel confident we made the right decision.

This is an update regarding the actual installation of roof and gutters...
Was contacted by the project manager, Sean, of the date the project would start and be completed. In between that time I was informed with short videos with info on the installation procedures and what to expect from the crew. Shingles and dumpster arrived two days before the installation date. The crew was here at 7:30 am and went right to work prepping the area and getting to work. Sean showed up shortly after the crew started to work to make sure all was going well. He also did a follow up stop later in the day to make sure again things were going well. The foreman, Pedro, was fantastic and answered any questions I had throughout the day. He was friendly and polite no matter how trivial the question may have been. And, he didn't just supervise, but worked right with the others to help complete the job. Every one of the crew were fantastic. They were friendly, polite and worked their butts off to complete the job even though it was raining on and off most of the afternoon. At the end of the job, the area was cleaned up extremely well. However, they were short a couple of elbows for the downspouts and being late and raining, Pedro said he would definitely be back on Monday to install the downspouts properly. That day came and went and I figured he had another project to complete, but being he fixed it so if it did rain it would still work, I wasn't concerned and figured he would come the following day. However, that night at 8:20PM his truck pulled in and he completed the job. Just have to say that from beginning to end Infinity Exteriors was a class company to work with and would recommend them to anyone. Everything they installed looks great.
