Getting a roof is never fun. We had multiple companies give us a quote. Victor was easy to talk to and it didn't feel like a high pressure sales pitch. It was more informative. Victor was very competitive among our other bids. He was upfront about everything. Didn't try to overpromise us a start date. We had a known issue with our roof that we wanted fix. We didn't know what the cause was until they tore off the roof. We went with Infinity Exteriors because of our conversations with Victor on this issue. Felt a level of trust that they would be able to fix the issue and they would be fair with the additional cost to fix. With unknown issues and how to fix it, We were in the dark on the cost no matter what the solution is. I didn't get a good vibe from some other companies that provided a bid. Everyone took a guess and everyone said it can be 1000's of dollars to fix. We were getting to the end of the season and was prepared to wait til spring. Project Manager gave us a call telling us we are up next. Went over everything that Victor and I agreed on. Talked about this issue we had with our roof. When they started to tear off the roof they were able to see the issue right away. They took detailed photos and provide me with a game plan. It sounded like it was going to be painful to the checkbook. Project Manager told me "and the cost will be just the extra man hours to fix the issue" It ended up costing us just over $200. I asked, "really?" Project Manager said it's only going to set them back on man hours and you just have to pay for the man hours. We were in a position that we could have easily been taken advantage of. We were at their mercy. They were upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. As far as the crew, There were about 8 guys. They worked hard and cleaned the job site after the first day, very neat and organized. Shocked how fast they worked. When They finished the job they cleaned up everything and put some furniture and decorations back. Highly recommend Victor and Infinity Roofing

Getting estimates for a roof replacement on our new house has been stressful, but Chris and Charlie made the process so quick and easy. They were both great to work with--super knowledgeable and pointed out things other companies missed. On top of that, their quote was much lower than competitors, which was a huge relief! I really appreciate their honesty and expertise and am looking forward to working with them on our roof replacement. Highly recommend!
