Great experience with Infinity residing our home. Job was done in two days, tear off to reside. Great job by the team to keep the worksite clean and the crew was very professional. We first met with David to get a quote and discuss scope of work. Very knowledgeable and personable. I got 5 quotes in all from all the major players and some smaller local ones for the same job. Infinity was the only one that gave me the confidence that the job would meet my expectations. I was right! They did a fantastic job. Mike, our project manager, was great and easy to work with. Infinity and Mike kept in touch before and during the project. We knew what was happening when and was comfortable with the whole process. I highly recommend Infinity for exterior projects. It's very refreshing to find an honest contractor that performs as promised. Thank you Infinity for making this project stress free! Keep up the good work and maintain your integrity.
UPDATE: Siding still looks great! We called Infinity back to replace our gutters and downspouts. Great job again! From David's quote, to Bobby's great work to walk thru/follow up with Tim, all went smooth and fast. We did not even bother to call anyone else because of our great first experience and confidence in Infinity's team. Great jobs guys!

Great experience with my project. Quick diagnosis of roof leak and after detailed full roof evaluation, it was clear that entire roof required replacement. I did not feel pressure to replace entire roof, in order to fix a localized leak. As there was a leak, project was quickly started and completed in 2 days. Happy with quality of roof evaluation / sales / timely completion of project with great results.

Great experience with Tom of Infinity Roofing. Tom was a great salesman because he wasn't a salesman. There was no hard sell just stating the facts who Infinity was and what they had to offer me. I felt he was honest in his assessment and gave me a fair price. I asked a lot of questions which he answered them all. I felt like it was more of a conversation we had then a sell job. I'm anxious for the work to be completed and hope that the roofers represent the company the way Tom did. I have high expectations now for Infinity Roofing because of the bar that Tom raised.
With the job complete I can still maintain the 5 star review. From the moment I contracted with iInfinity they connected me right away with the site manager giving me email updates on the progress of ordering material to the arrival of those materials to scheduling the appointment. There wasn't anything that happened that I wasn't informed about.
The actual roof job was a site to behold. A crew of 17 knocked out a complete tear off and roof job with deck repairs in a little over a half a day. The clean up was excellent. There was great follow up by the site leader and the communication of the warranty to complete the project. The whole project start to finish I was kept informed on. The job was quick but professionally done. Their wasn't days of havoc in the yard which I really appreciated. It was over and done in 1 day.
The only issue that I mentioned to Infinity that you should also be aware of is the lack of understanding that there are people and valuables in the house. I witnessed the 100 lb shingle packages being dropped from shoulder height down to the deck of the house. Inside the house it shook and scattered things hanging from the ceiling, hanging on walls and moved decorative China in the cabinet. We were fortunate nothing was broken but it was shocking to see parts of the chandelier displaced. I was inside for a few of those atomic drops and it is quite unnerving. I mentioned this to the site manager so hopefully this will not happen to any of you reading this review and the crew will be aware that the roof is connected to every part of the house so when 100 lbs is dropped on the deck something happens inside. If I had to do it again I would remove some delicate items in walls or ceiling.

Great experience! Daniel came out today to take a look at two 30-year-old skylights we thought might need to be replaced. He inspected them and, thankfully, they are not in imminent danger of failing. But when the time comes to replace them, we will be much better informed about our options (thanks to Daniel's observations) and will definitely have the work done by Infinity.
