I contacted them through their easy to use website for a quote. I had a quick turnaround need for a quote because I had other competitive quotes. They were able to send out Victor L. the next day. Victor was able to gather the information, come up with an estimate on the spot during our meeting. We talked over his quoted amount and worked to a mixed agreement between cash and financing to come to a final quote that was acceptable between both parties and within my budget. Victor was a pleasure to work with during the extended time spent going over the estimate and quote. He was personable, genuine and understanding. They were able to get the roof installed within a few weeks, ahead of winter. All interactions with team members and email exchanges were prompt and professional. I found Infinity Exteriors LLC through Google and the high rating they received. I did a comparison with another Roofing company of equal reviews and rating. The decision was based on Aaron Bagurdes, Senior Project Coordinator's, approach and findings.

Aaron did a thorough inspection of the roof and our attic and noticed ceiling studs showing through the drywall in our dining room.

Based on his findings, Aaron presented us with a proposal to fix our existing problems and prevent future issues.

We also inquired on gutters, gutter shields and new sky lights. There is more to gutters and gutter shields to prevent ice build-up and damming. Aaron explained the best type for our location with surrounding trees. Aaron did not pressure nor did he advise us on going the highest price in roofing to get the quality we were looking for. That impressed me. Aaron is well educated and knowledgeable on his product and offerings.

Prior to signing the contract, Aaron went over every aspect in detail to make sure we were on board before moving forward. I felt comfortable with my decision.

I had 8 windows replaced on my second floor and one in the attic. David was very helpful and informative throughout the process and the windows arrived faster than expected. The installer, Mark, was great too. He cleaned up pretty well and even hauled away 3 window air conditioners for me. There were a few minor issues that came up later and he was back immediately to resolve them. The team checked in throughout the job to insure satisfaction and followed up afterwards. I used a city grant program and the company was very familiar with the process and made it easy. They also did a big job at my friends' house and they were just as pleased. I'll definitely be a repeat customer once it's time for the next batch.
