I have had a great experience with Infinity Exteriors. Working with the insurance company for me would have been impossible but Ben Gutkowski handled all of that and all the hail damage plus adjoining areas were replaced. Scott Nettesheim handled the roofing and made sure to replace the gutter guards and the work was quickly done and cleaned up. Jake Fails handled the siding portion and there was some complicated homeowner built areas on the back of the house that Jake and his crew were able to rebuild to a higher standard and the result is a much cleaner professional result. Also in the office Prada Yang seemed to be on top of everything and seemed to be the thread that kept everything tight. I have worked with Infinity now on 3 buildings and been pleased with the professionalism and quality of work each time. I will definitely recommend Infinity to my family and friends.

I have previously used Infinity to re-roof my garage. The quality was great, but the price wasn't significantly higher than just doing it the cheap way. They let me choose what areas to save money and where to upgrade when the added value made sense.

Currently I have engaged them to replace the roof on my rental property. They explained to me why the wood was getting wet, how they would fix it and what measures they would put in place to stop it from happening again. I've shopped around for roofers before, but this time I only made one call.

I hired Infinity Exteriors to do some minor jobs for me including shutter replacement, wrapping porch posts in compressed wood, covering a ledger board with aluminum, and repairing some fascia. Everyone I spoke with was professional and accommodating. Trevor was great at explaining everything and providing a quote in a timely manner. Ian did a beautiful job on installation and exceeded my expectations. I appreciated all of the follow up to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. I have nothing but praise to give and would definitely use them again for any project large or small.

I hired Infinity Exteriors to replace gutters and downspouts on my home, and install heating coils to one area of the roof. Prior to the work the office staff called me and provided updates on when the crews would arrive. The crews that did the work were very professional and did a great job!

I hired infinity to put a new roof on my house. The current one had 2 layers on it and was in pretty bad shape. After calling for an appointment to have a quotation Adam showed up on time and was extremely professional. Unlike the three other companies I had quote he went through the entire process with us down to the details (which as an engineer I very much appreciated). When it came time to do the work our project manager Dan was on point with great communication. Abel, who was the foreman on the job, was spectacular. He went above and beyond (and I really hope Infinity reads this; you should give this guy a raise!) and made sure we were informed, understood everything that was going on and did a phenomenal job executing the project. After the project was complete we had a heavy rainstorm and had a very minor leak through the range hood vent. I called Infinity at 9a that morning and Dan met me at my house at lunch to take care of it (just needed a bit more caulk). Overall the experience was as painless as I would have hoped and while not the cheapest (but close) I'm confident we made the right decision choosing Infinity for our new roof.

I just booked my window and gutter installation project with Infinity Exteriors. My initial consultation and estimate was with Tom and he was partially the reason I chose them. He was prompt, courteous and respectful of my time. He provided thorough explanations of what I should and shouldn't spend money on which I really appreciated. Lastly, he also accommodated flexible payment options. I look forward to getting my new windows and gutters installed and will report back when the job is completed.
