I reached out to Infinity after I had worked with a previous contractor on a roof for my house, after 5 months of hurtles with that contractor I did not feel comfortable entrusting them with the windows.

Tom came out and was very honest about what he could do and how we would get there. Part of the obstacle with my house is it is a 1930' house with some original windows that are remaining but need to be matched. Tom provided options and is continuing to work with me so we get as close as possible to what is already on the house. Overall I am excited for my new windows and happy with the service Infinity has provided so far.

I recently chose to move forward with Infinity Exteriors as the company to redo my entire roof. I reached out to several local contractors and received very different responses. Several were very bad at communication, required several phone calls, and then didn't provide a quote, even days after promise. Others provided a quote, but didn't explain it very well and said I could call with any questions (I'm no roof expert, so how would I even know what questions to ask?). Infinity was very responsive from scheduling the appointment at the front office, to continually confirming the appointment on the day prior, and day of, and finally providing a quote on-site the same day. I worked with Aaron to establish the scope of work, and go over all the details. Not only was Aaron able to provide a quote the same day of inspection, but he was able to walk through each of the materials, concerns, and options at each step of the way. This helped me understand each step of the roofing process, the required work, and allowed me to ask questions at appropriate times. I was very impressed by Aaron's (and Infinity's) ability to change the scope of work on the fly, so that we could add or remove options extremely quickly. Aaron also discussed the great warranty provided with Inifinity's services and provided me with assurance that any possible mistake would be taken care of, even if it isn't identified for years down the road. Going through the entire process with Aaron confirmed that Infinity was the correct choice for my roof. I would strongly suggest you schedule an appointment with them. It's a hassle-free and no cost quote, so you won't be obligated to move forward with Infinity, but definitely might be missing your chance to speak to the most professional and helpful roofing company I experienced. I am looking forward to the work they will provide based on other reviews and will update this review upon project completion (I like to review the initial process while it is still fresh in my mind, and not weeks later). Thanks to Aaron and Infinity, I feel great in my decision going forward. Also, I reached out to Infinity based on a friend's recommendation, so I already had heard good things, but they confirmed everything so far.

I recently had a roof installed and infinity did a phenomenal job. Our salesman Logan R. was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He went through all his material inside and out and made sure all our questions were answered. The day of install there was 10 guys here and everyone was very polite. Our Project Manager Sean did a great job keeping us updated on the progress of our project. Infinity did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I did find a couple missed nails and mentioned to Sean and without hesitation, the next day there was a crew of 10 guys with roller magnets doing another sweep around my property. Infinity made this project easy, stress free along with great quality work and I will be recommending them to anyone who is looking for a roof replacement! Great job guys!

I recently had Infinity replace my siding with new soffit and fascia and gutters. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. I went from beat up vinyl siding to Lp siding. Many obstacles in this change but everyone handled it professionally and creatively. My project manager Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I recently had my house and garage reroofed by Infinity Exteriors. I worked with 3 people for this project. Jason, who evaluated the project and developed the contract, was great to work with. He made sure I understood the terminology and scope of the project, and provided excellent follow-up for my questions. The contract was thorough and detailed. I felt Jason teamed with me to create a project that met my needs and goals. I worked with Isaac as the Project Manager for the execution of the work. Isaac was very informative with any questions I had while the work was being done. He checked over the work to assure all standards were met and I was happy with the outcome.
