I scheduled an appointment with Infinity Exteriors. A very professional and friendly representative named Charlie Smart arrived at my house promptly on time. We talked about my current roof and the problems I was having. Charlie mentioned that he would like to inspect outside and inside the house (attic) and garage. I have not been asked this on other inspections but Charlie mentioned it was very necessary to realy know what were dealing with for a shingle replacement. I respected his decision to do this.
This really made my decision easy of what roofing company I wanted to install my roof.
The selection of shingles, price and availability was very realistic.
Very pleased with my decision.

I started exploring siding options along time ago. My home is 125 years old, and a focal point of the small town I live in. Being that age you can imagine how many times it was cut up, rebuilt, and sided over. The last layer was large aluminum cladding that was failing miserably, and to the point where the wind was blowing it off.
It was recommended that I call Infinity Exteriors. This was after many failed appointments, ridiculously expensive quotes and some contractors stating that it was "too difficult of a project" and I was better off patching it and painting.
The owner, Josh Sparks, came out to personally assess the project and give me some options. After multiple communications and meetings we agreed on LP Smartside and Infinity to do the work. The office staff was amazing and on point with communication and start dates. Ian, the project manager was beyond impressive. His attention to detail and creativity from start to finish made this the best contractor experience I have ever had.
The house is now complete and everything my wife and I could have dreamed about. The compliments from neighbors and even random passerby's are overwhelming.
I would absolutely, with out doubt recommend Josh and his team at Infinity, and will never consider another contractor for any of my exterior needs in the future.
Professional, reasonable, experienced and fast. I expected my project to take over a month to finish. They were complete and cleaned up in 3 weeks, leaving my home to be more beautiful than I ever would have expected.
I can't say enough about them.

I started the process with Jason a year ago for a quote for a new roof. I wasn't ready at that time to move forward. Jason understood and did not pressure me into signing up for anything at that time. Jason has been great with explaining the process and my options. I'm looking forward to seeing the completed work.

I talked to five or six contractors before choosing Infinity. I was nervous about using a large company for fear it would be impersonal and I'd get low quality service. They sent project manager Jason Strekow. I'm a tough sell and over the course of several weeks asked for a ton of specific information and prices. He came through every time without me having to hunt him down. I stopped in their office on a whim and the staff were friendly and happy to answer questions. Everyone I have dealt with has been great. All of this was before I signed the contract. I've gotten the same service since after signing.

Their prices were comparable or cheaper than the other quotes I received. Jason is genuine, honest, and reliable. I get the feeling Infinity truly wants to provide quality service they can be proud of. I'm grateful for Jason, because he made me feel confident I made a good choice by choosing Infinity. Definitely worth giving them a call if you're in the market for windows, siding, roofing, or doors.

My only "criticism" would be their yard sign. It's like the cover of a comic book. It certainly stands out (which is the point). If that's the only thing I can find wrong with the company, I think they're doing pretty good.

The crew that came to do the install were very professional and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. Isaac was there for any questions we had during the install and was thorough for the final inspection. Very pleased with the work and the company!

I used infinity exteriors in the past on a personal home and also on a rental. For those 2 jobs, they were prompt, communicated well, and cleaned up after they were done. One of the houses had failed organic shingles that were under warranty from the previous owner. They assisted us in trying to find the manufacturer and receive some compensation even though it wasn't much. When we sold our rental property, there were questions of possible mold in the attic. They came out, inspected it, and added extra venting at no cost to us. Top notch customer service.

The only complaint I have is that last year, we had them come quote us for siding. That person was not as responsive, and kept getting my wife's name wrong. Their quote was quite a bit higher, and we went with another company my wife had found that had great reviews, got her name right, and was much quicker responding. Unfortunately they did an absolute horrible job, and I wish we would have went with Infinity as they were my preferred choice even with the hiccups. I'm sure that was just a one time blooper as my other experiences with infinity were all positive.
