I was very impressed with Infinity Exteriors. Our roof was old had started to leak and we had no idea what to even ask when putting on a new roof. We did our research, had several companies come out and give us estimates. We listened and learned. Jake from Infinity was very honest, and professional, looked all over and under that roof to make sure there were no surprises. No one else did that. Took the time to explain all the things we had to consider, what was code in our area, what to expect when the team arrives. Even down to where did I want them to park their cars. How they were going to handle the mess and protect the yard and remove the mess. Communications were excellent. We are doing a lot of work on the house and its surprising how many companies do not value customer service. This company is professional from the start. Pricing was very competitive! I would recommend giving these people a call if you need a roof. Jake will explain it all.

Project leader, Mike Sova, was also great to work with. The only negative was the crew left very much clean-up on the side of my house but they were very friendly and did high quality work.

With so many decision points on shingles, colors, siding options, stone options and a new front door it can become overwhelming quickly. David is always calm, not pushy with the perfect mix of helpful steering into good decisions while also taking the time to listen to what our vision was and helped bring it to reality. Getting samples, educating us on how different parts of the project tie together and getting us to the best solution has been an easy process with David being incredibly helpful. Very much looking forward to Infinity and the quality of work they perform execute our exterior house upgrade.
