I would like to thank Ricky McCord who gave me a quote with no surprises and took the time to go over all details. He also was concerned (even before I said yes) of the gap between the flashing and chimney and the upcoming rain - he went up (in the rain) to caulk so I would not have a problem! He also came on the job twice to check on how things where going! Also working with Jim Flowers and his crew where outstanding.
They did an excellent job tearing off, installing and cleaning up! I would recommend Infinity Exteriors to everyone! Thank you! Nancy

I would recommend Infinity Exteriors for a roof installation. Danny and Chad went above and beyond not only insuring an expert installation of a new roof , but installed extra supplies to ensure that I would not have ice-damming again as with my previous roof. There were a couple of obstacles that were discovered and Danny and Chad professionally and personally overcame these obstacles to ensure my satisfaction.

I would definitely utilize their company again!

I would strongly recommend Infinity Exteriors to everyone. Charlie was the only person out of two other roofing companies we received quotes from that actually inspected our roof both outside and inside via the attic so we wouldn't get any "surprises" installing our roof and gutters. He took the time to go over and explain everything that would be done when installing our new roof. He is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with Infinity Exteriors and would strongly recommend them to anyone needing roofing, gutters, windows etc.

I met tonight with your project advisor Michael S., such an outstanding individual. He went through every detail of the job, found issues while crawling in my musty attic, never rushed me even though it was after 8 pm, and wasn't pushy! What made him outstanding is he's just himself...not some hard selling salesman wanting me to sign the contract so he can get home. Every concern I had was addressed and the best part was the cost! MUCH LESS than what I expected to pay for 50 year warranted shingles! Seriously people, call Infinity. I have no connection to this company as I write this, just a very satisfied customer who looks forward to my new roof & gutters from a company with a 5 star rating across the board. I am so happy I called them.

If your reading this then you're probably in the same boat as us where our roof needed some TLC. Since this is an expensive endeavor, we did our research and received bids from a handful of roofing companies. Our roof was a big job and some companies bid the job as a 4-5 day job. We hired Infinitely for a few reasons. The pricing was in line with the others and they provide a good warranty. The experience we had with them was very good. They handled all aspects of the project and kept us informed of each step. Our job took 2 days with about 16 workers on the roof. Everything was cleaned up when done and a final walk thru happened where 3 things we pointed out where corrected without hesitation. Ultimately we would recommend them without thinking twice. It is our opinion that you should at least give them a call and discuss your project with them to see if they are a good fit for you.

If you're looking for a window company that will not only improve your view but also provide a hearty laugh, look no further than Infinity Exteriors. These guys are the true masters of both window installation and customer service. David, the wizard of windows, came to my house with a smile that could only be described as "infectious" (seriously, I think he was smiling at a level that defied all laws of physics).

Now, here's the funny part: My name is also David! So, I was pretty much living out a David-ception, where two Davids were working in perfect harmony. He didn't just install a window; he installed joy into my life. As he carefully measured, drilled, and set that glass into place, he regaled me with tales of how he once saved a family of squirrels from a tree while simultaneously replacing their windows (okay, that might be a slight exaggeration, but the point is--this guy is a hero).

Now, my house has a window that fits so perfectly, it's like it was made just for me. I'm not saying it's magic, but when I stare through it, I feel like I can see the future. (Spoiler: It involves more Infinity Exteriors windows and more David).

If you want your window done right, with some fantastic banter and top-tier expertise, David and Infinity Exteriors are your go-to. I'm already planning my next window replacement--just so I can have more conversations with David. Would 100% recommend.

I'll admit I was skeptical when I first saw Infinity's flyer about hail damage in my area - but we decided to have Infinity Exteriors check out our roof anyway. I am so glad we did.

Ben Gutkowski came out and did a genuinely free and honest inspection for us and discovered hail damage on our roof that might be covered by our home insurance policy. He clearly laid out our options, and didn't pressure us when we told him we were likely only interested if insurance was going to pay for most of it. Ben gave us instructions on how to reach out to our insurance company, and in the end, we got a new roof professionally installed, completely covered (minus our deductible). Not a bad upgrade for this old house!

Ben and Infinity were great throughout the process. They put us at the front of the line once Spring came, knowing the work needed to be completed within a year of damage for the insurance payment. They scheduled extra workers to come to our house to get our entire new roof and gutters done in a day. It looks great, they cleaned up great, and we had a new roof by the time I got home. They were even patient and flexible with us as the insurance payment was delayed. From beginning to end, Ben and his team were fantastic. I hope we never have to buy another roof, but if we do, we'll certainly be calling up Infinity.

I'm an Oshkosh resident but my step-grandma, Nancy Karpfinger, had her roof replaced by Infinity in 2018. She had a great experience with Jake K & the team. After this year's hailstorm that came through southeastern Wisconsin, she called Infinity to have them inspect for any damage to the shingles. Logan was quick to come out and was very flexible with her schedule. He took his time inspecting her property and was even willing to visit the homes of some other family members of ours to give everyone peace of mind.
