Infinity Exteriors recently completed our window and siding project. The craftsmanship on our window installation (including new trim on the interior) exceeded our expectations. Adam, our project manager, and Mark, our installer, managed every detail effectively. Our windows are no longer drafty, and the house is considerably quieter. Combined with our new exterior siding, trim, soffit, and fascia, we feel like we have a new home. Our siding project was completed in just two days. Monserath addressed our requests and ensured all aspects were considered. We are delighted with the results. ------------------------------ We are through the product selection phase for our window and siding project with Infinity Exteriors. Tom has been attentive to answering our questions and meeting at times that are convenient for our schedules. Infinity Exteriors recently completed roofing replacement for two roofs (our home with an attached garage and an out building) as well as the installation of a new entry door. The office staff (Alice, Padra, Julia and Monica) are pleasant, informative, return calls as promised and do a wonderful job making certain that the customer is satisfied with the completed job. Trevor in sales was indispensable throughout the roofing project making sure that all points of the insurance policy replacement for hail damage were seen to in the estimate submitted to our insurance company. He took care of the photos required and managed all of the supplements that were necessary for submission for full coverage under the policy. Isaac was the project manager for the actual roof installation. He made certain everything was to the owner's satisfaction including the replacement of two cupolas. The roofers arrived on time and completed all the work in one day. It was a windy day and they made sure that cleanup was done for everything that had blown around during the project and they paid special attention to roofing nails. Michael was the project manager for the chimney and door and made extra efforts to help clarify an issue with the door manufacturer (ProVia) regarding a color match concern. Chuck was an excellent door installer and the door seals perfectly. Andy and Adam were instrumental in resolving a concern for a lock on the entry door which now works with impeccable precision. This was the first time that I have worked with this company and was extremely impressed. Everyone encountered was pleasant, did precise work and cared about their finished product. I trust this company's work and would be happy to work with Infinity Exteriors again.
