What a great experience! We contracted with Infinity to replace our siding, soffit/facia and gutters/downspouts. From the beginning, it was clear that we had made the right choice of contractors. Pricing and details were signed off at the end of December 2020, we requested installation in April 2021. They kept us informed by email: when the materials had arrived, who the project manager would be, the project start date, with each email containing a simple video of what to expect and what we needed to do to prepare for the start. A couple days before start, the dumpster arrived, the materials arrived. On the start date, we met the project manager, crew chief and crew, did a walk around to verify the requests, and then they started. This crew was friendly and efficient, on time and diligent and skilled in their work. A separate crew did the gutter and downspout installs, just as skilled and efficient as the other crew. Throughout this process, it was easy to communicate with the project manager about questions, or to discuss suggestions made by the crew. A simple phone call or text was responded to very quickly. We always felt we were well taken care of by the Infinity team. We could not be more pleased with the finished product! We have received several positive comments from our neighbors, not only for what a beautiful job they did on our house, but also about the crew and their diligence.
