Infinity Roofing proved to us that they stand behind their work. Danny, brother-in-law of the owner, was the salesperson to help us determine our roofing needs and cost options. I had stated to him that I thought we had a cedar shakes roof. He asked to come indoors and showed me through my attic access that an expensive complete tear off had already been done. Due to this savings, we considered more expensive options for the roof. We were completely comfortable with Danny's no-pressured presentation of possibilities for our roof, and explanation of the value of doing business with Infinity. We signed a contract. Here's where the "proof" of the integrity of Infinity occurred... There was an error. The correct color shingle was delivered, but not the correct quality. Approximately 3/4 of the shingles were in place before the error was evident. We and the company reviewed our paperwork. Work stopped. The next morning the crew returned and tore all the new shingles off, then proceeded to complete the roof with the correct shingles delivered that morning. Errors do happen. Try to get a contractor to correct them. Infinity is a large business, but family owned. It was clear talking with Danny that they take pride in their work. With correcting this error, they also passed an acid test on their triple A rating.
