Infinity was an excellent partner in the replacement of the roof on our 100yr old Wauwatosa home. As an engineer I am extremely interested in the logistics, materials, and process details of all work done on my home. As a custodian of a 100yr old home I'm very protective of my piece of history and extremely particular to the quality of the work. Infinity respects that. Many of the roofers that quoted on my job were not willing to take the time to answer my many questions. A few of them didn't even offer a face-to-face meeting "no, we don't need to meet; you'll receive our estimate in the mail". Jake insisted on a face-to-face and was not only willing but happy to provide as much detail as I wanted because it gave him a chance to explain why Infinity is superior to the competition. For good reason, he is proud of the company and my need for detail allowed him to share the many reasons Infinity is the right choice. Our first meeting took two hours; most of the time committed to his thorough answers to my numerous questions. I was impressed with Infinity's leadership structure that is focused on open communication with the homeowner and rapid completion of the work. It's always a concern when living in unpredictable Wisconsin to have your house exposed to the elements; Infinity is fast. There is a house a few blocks from us with 25% of the roof covered in tarps the entire winter because the roofers were not prepared. Infinity has a hierarchical structure from Salesman Jake, to Project Manager Scott, to working Foreman Enrique to the four roofers that allow smooth interaction with the customer while quickly executing the work. Jake, Scott, and Enrique were exceptionally responsive to all questions and concerns from start to finish and I can't say enough good things about the quality workmanship, attention to the smallest details, and impressive work ethic of the crew. Due to the size and complexity of my roof (45 square, 22 facets, 2 chimneys, 2 dormers including a flat roof) I did not believe their 4-day estimate for completing the project. They hit the roof sprinting at 7am Monday morning and finished at 7pm Thursday evening. They performed a thorough inspection on Friday and addressed small open items. Needless to say I will not hesitate to recommend Infinity. Dan OC

Infinity was fantastic! From Logan's initial sales presentation and follow-up to Sean and crew's timely arrival, installation of our new roof and cleanup ... everything was thorough, professional and FAST. They started at 7 a.m.-ish and were done by noon! I couldn't believe it! A couple battered plants around the house, but overall, an incredible job was done by one and all. We HIGHLY recommend Infinity if you're in need of a new roof!

The new roof for the house and garage were completed in one day with a huge crew. Project manager Scott was excellent to work with. The siding and gutters were each completed in one day.
