Isaac was on-time to the appointment and thorough review did a troubleshoot as to what was causing the leakage. He gave pics and video of the issue and is confident that it can be solved with proper sealing of lighting fixtures, new vents, and proper ventilation.

Issac & David arrived to give me an estimate on replacing my old & dated aluminum siding with insulated vinyl going towards a more modern approach.
I assumed the appointment would have to be rescheduled due to the winter snow advisory (Schools are closed), however, to my surprise they arrived. The took measurements in the freezing cold snow while I waited indoors.
They came back with a reasonable price that I don't think I could beat else where considering warranties and quality of work.
I am beyond impressed at this point, if their dedication to duty is not thwarted by a snow emergency then I am looking forward to the quality of work on a nice day.

It all started with a great first impression by Sam in sales. He inspected the roof and quoted me the job. Being a savvy consumer, I sought out additional quotes and gained more knowledge in what this project was going to require. When I shared with Sam the expansion of the scope of this roofing project, he was quick to adjust the quote, allowing me to compare services, materials, and total cost.
After signing the contract with Infinity, I was contacted by Scott, the Project Manager. Scott was friendly and very knowledgeable, ensuring that I understood the timeline and the specifics of what was going to happen (i.e. dumpster arrival and departure, dumpster placement, crew start time, etc.).
The roofing crew was efficient, organized, and clean. My ranch style home was completed in one day. They cleaned the yard and swept my driveway when they were finished to protect my vehicle's tires from any debris that might have missed the dumpster. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

It all started with Danny Stemper who was not only helpful but very professional. The roofers were excellent and careful with our property. Everything that needed to be draped was done in a caring way. The project manager (Jim) insured that all the work was done to current codes and kept us abreast of the project. We are extremely pleased with Infinity. Lastly, without solicitation , we have received many comments regarding our new roof.

It was a great experience with Trevor & Infinity Exteriors. After the hail storm, they were more than willing to come out to inspect, meet the adjuster, and help us through the insurance process. Our roof looks fantastic! We've also considered upgrading our siding, to which Logan has been a big help providing us with possibilities. We've recommended both Trevor and Logan to many of our friends, family, and neighbors.
