Our experience with Infinity Exteriors was excellent. We had a new roof installed with a complete tear off of the old shingles. We met with Ricky who did an outstanding job of explaining everything they would do and identified small issues with our roof that we were unaware of. Ricky was definitely the most knowledgeable compared to two other people who came out to give us quotes from other companies. Infinity's quote was clear and thorough. They were able to get the job done in one day and did a thorough job of cleaning up. The project manager, Sean, listened to our concerns about specific areas of the roof and made certain they were addressed. The time had come for us to bite the bullet and replace the roof to our house. We came across Infinity in our research of contractors to do our project. Their high ratings and quality reviews lead us to call and set up a quote. Brent was very helpful explaining our options, and in his review of our property noticed an issue with our airflow in the attic and improper installation of the gutters from a previous job years earlier before we moved in. Both of these problems were taken care of during the job. We were quoted a time in the first part of July as to when the project would be started. In reality it was started over a week earlier and finished within half a day. Sean and his crew did an amazing job. The roof looks great, they cleaned up everything very well. Sean did multiple checks with me and to the property to verify cleanup and the quality of the job. We are very happy with the outcome and the assurance that we don't have to worry about the roof of our home for many years to come.
