Many thanks to Sam Ward from Infinity Exteriors for coming out to give me a quote on a large window project in my master bedroom today. Sam helped me with several other windows 5 years ago, and it was a pleasure to work with him again. I had already received quotes from other window installers, and Sam was able to give me a start to finish quote on excellent vinyl windows including all exterior and interior finish work that I could not resist! I am very satisfied with the windows installed by Infinity 5 years ago, and it gives me great confidence in this new project moving forward. I would also add that Infinity stands behind their work. Earlier this year, I noticed that the exterior aluminum trim was slightly pulling away in one spot on a window they had installed. Within a day of calling they sent a service person to correct the problem free of charge - no hassle. *That* is peace of mind!
