My dad and I were sick and tired of storm chasers knocking on our door in South Milwaukee. Finally, I called my buddy Logan because I know he's honest & he works for a great company in Infinity. He's come out already and we are starting the process with our insurance company. Whether or not we get approved, I know that Logan is going to do his best to make this process as easy as possible for us.

My experience started with Padra from the infinity office who was very helpful and cordial on the phones she set me up for an appointment very quickly then I met with Charlie at my house who walked me through the entire process. I've explained a lot of things. He caught things that others missed and explained why they were doing things incorrectly. Their pricing was more competitive than anybody else.So we went ahead with them for our roof and gutters

My experience with Infinity Exteriors exceeded my expectations before it even started! I had already received a couple bids from other contractors for a complete tear off and installation of new vinyl siding and LP shake. I decided to get one last bid from Infinity since I read such good reviews across multiple platforms (Google, Angie's List, and the BBB). There were only a few days left before I had to respond to one of the bids and Zac went above and beyond to turn around a quote in a very short period of time. Although it wasn't the lowest cost option, I am beyond excited for how well the project turned out! Zac and the PM, Mike, would check in on a regular basis and quickly address any concerns I had. The installation crew was also very respectful and hard working. Every day they arrived on time and even worked the entire weekend to complete the project in a timely fashion. I've been so happy with the experience that I am having Infinity come back for a roof repair! I have an engineering background with a strong attention to detail and am impressed with the quality of work. Zac and Mike would not sign off on completion of the project until I was 100% satisfied. Also, the company's lifetime warranty on craftsmanship is just a final reason to go with Infinity. If you've made it this far in reading the review, stop stressing out on which contractor to go with and give Infinity a call!

My experience with Infinity Exteriors was quick and painless. I was able to schedule an appointment for a quote quickly. Ben Gutkoski did a fantasic job assessing the needs of our damaged roof as well as completing the repair a couple days later. Thankfully I do not need a new roof but I if I did would not hesistant to use Infinity.

My experience with Infinity is one of the best contractors I have ever had come to my home. I was told by other roofing companies that I needed a completely new roof. A couple of the contractors did not even go on my roof to measure or look up there. Michael F. came out and took some time looking in my attic and on the roof. He found out it was a minor repair that was causing some leaking into the house. Michael showed me pictures of the damage and explained why it was causing the leak. Infinity saved me thousands of dollars because of Michael's honesty and his knowledge. The repair was done quickly and the leak is completely fixed. The office staff was very professional and timely with calls. I will be using Infinity for all my exterior work. I recommend them highly!

My experience with Infinity Roofing was AWESOME! From the first consultation with Nick Morn, our Sales Consultant to the actual roof installation, Infinity Roofing was great! The house was in need of a new cedar shake roof and is listed as a Historic Landmark on the National Historic Registry. From the beginning, Nick took charge of the whole project getting the approval of the Historic committee and spending multiple evenings after his work day to attend those meetings. He went above and beyond what any other company would have done. That's customer service! From the very beginning, Infinity stood by all their commitments. Even after the installation a squirrel ate through the cedar shake roof and made a nest. I called Nick and he immediately got to work with his crew to take care of the pesky squirrel. Not only did they come out immediately to take care of it, they didn't even charge me for taking care of it. No trip charge or labor charge! How can you get any better than that?
