Charlie Smart was fantastic to work with this morning. I had 3 pages of questions for him after doing some research on this huge investment I’m suddenly pouring my hard-earned money into….He answered all of them plus gave me insight into things I never would’ve know to ask. He was thorough in describing the materials being used, the warranties after, and all the communication I’m hoping to have in between. My first encounter, this company seems legit. Hoping the end result proves me right as I’ve dealt with others who have no idea about integrity, hard work, and customer satisfaction. Being so difficult to trust anyone these days, I pray Infinity is one of the rare few.

Had a really great experience with these guys. They recommended a mason to rebuild my chimney Ben. He did an absolutely awesome job. Chimney looks perfect. Highly recommend him and will be saving his info for any future masonry work. And then the rest of the roofing crew and the roof tear off and replacement was flawless as well. Super fast, friendly crew. Had everything cleaned up and done in one day. Top notch work all around.

Infinity did an awesome job replacing my bedroom windows. They look better than I was even hoping for and am extremely pleased. I would highly recommend them if your needing some window work. I hired Infinity Exteriors to do some minor jobs for me including shutter replacement, wrapping porch posts in compressed wood, covering a ledger board with aluminum, and repairing some fascia. Everyone I spoke with was professional and accommodating. Trevor was great at explaining everything and providing a quote in a timely manner. Ian did a beautiful job on installation and exceeded my expectations. I appreciated all of the follow up to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. I have nothing but praise to give and would definitely use them again for any project large or small.

Scotty and his crew did a wonderful job on my steep lake house home. Minor things needed to be corrected and they were prompt with the punch list. Infinity exteriors has made my home look fantastic! Everything except the windows has been replaced. Isaac was a great help in picking our colors that would work together and not be “just like the neighbors house”. The roof portion of the project started fairly quickly, the siding took longer due to expected material shortages. Admittedly there were a “few” bumps in the process but I am grateful that my salesman, Isaac Tomlins, came up with a solution that we could live with and overcome each problem. Most importantly he followed thru to solve every issue that came up. I would say that if not for Isaac my review would have been very, very different. Isaac is the glue that held this project together! Infinity Exteriors is lucky to have Isaac! I have never seen anyone work so hard to make sure the customer had a good experience.
