Rarely do I write reviews but in this case I decided to make an exception. A few of weeks ago I met with Danny an estimator with Infinity and was quite impressed. The depth of knowledge he shared, the advanced technology used in arriving at an accurate estimate, and his providing several options for consideration was much appreciated. I received four estimates for a new roof and while Infinity was not the lowest they were darn close, second lowest (understand we're not always comparing apples to apples). Clearly I was most comfortable with Danny's knowledge, professionalism and presentation of materials.

Really great experience so far, good communication and fast follow up from Isaac, our project coordinator. We received a quote during the initial visit and have had all of our questions answered. I'll update review once our siding has been installed!

Really nice work by Isaac Jerde:
* Made contact via e-mail, cell phone, and personal attendance. All on time, and professionally done.
* We had originally considered just doing a siding job, but Isaac took more time to listen to our concerns and understand what we were really looking for.
* Very patient (something I lack) and good with details. Is a good listener.
* He took time with my wife to go through many color choices, options, etc. She was very happy with that.
* Quickly and efficiently produced professional Quotes, and subsequent changes as needed.
* Had all the samples / materials immediately ready to present.
* Quickly referred us to reference houses we could look at with similar siding.
* Referred us to the other parties who would be contacting us: Tyler H for Windows, Travis for siding, etc...
* Isaac is easy to work with. Not at all pushy or "Sales-y". Very knowledgeable about his product and services.

Received a quote from Infinity for roofing, insulation, guttering, garage door, and 12 windows for a sun room. Nick was on time and very professional. He thoroughly inspected the roof inside and out. He broke down my pricing options and choices. He went over installation and warranty. All my questions were answered by the time he left.
