Seth came to give us a quote on a roof repair. He did a very thorough inspection and took photos and video to show me the issues he found. He gave a detailed explanation of how the roof replacement process works and answered all of my questions.

Seth did a great job quoting the work gave all the options of what they offered for siding and gutter replacement. But didn't try to sell me on extra features that were not needed for my property. He did a very thorough inspection of the work area making sure nothing was missed in the quote and was very transparent about everything.

Shopping for replacement windows can be an exhausting experience. We brought multiple companies in for quotes, all claiming the best product and service.
We ultimately chose Infinity Exteriors because of our excellent consultation experience with Tom G. Before scheduling for an estimate with Tom, we did our homework on Infinity Exteriors. They come highly recommended / accredited through Angie's List, Better Business Bureau, general opinions from neighbors who have used them in the past.
What set our experience apart from the other window companies was Tom's consultative approach, excellent customer service and follow-up, and a "no-pressure" sales approach. He spent the time to tell us why Infinity Exteriors was the right company for the job, and why they stand behind their product. Most importantly, they stand behind their service...lifetime warranty on their service.
Within days of signing our contract, J.R. was out for measurements of our windows. We're scheduled for about a month from now (which is great considering we'll hopefully be past the seasonal snow and able to enjoy these new windows).
Great service from the initial call with Julia to schedule our appointment with Tom through J.R.'s walkthrough / measurements. We also appreciate the email communications detailing the windows being ordered from the manufacturer, up-to-date ETA of when the windows should arrive at Infinity Exterior's facility, and again when we're ready for installation.
