St, Patrick's Day Rescue by Adam Landwehr A dead hawthorne tree was blown onto a corner of my roof in the recent March sleet storm. Sonic boom sounds blasted thru the storm. Infinity quickly got me on the inspection schedule & Adam took detailed before and after photos of the damage. He returned to further inspect the roof on the ladder after Hoppe Tree Service took down the tree from the roof and building. He has detected the gutter damage guided me all thru the home insurance claims step by step. All his photo documentation is on file with Allstate. The customer care service by Adam for Infinity was marvelous.

Team was able to complete the job in one day and did great. Very hard working staff stayed on task all day. I had to do a little clean up after the job was complete but my priority was quality work on the roof and so far everything is great.

THANK YOU AARON. John and I were starting to get price quotes for our big project on our home. We meet with Aaron. He did an extremely professional job. First by asking what we were looking to do, and he really listened to what we had to say. Aaron took his time to explain everything in detail, on what we needed and didn't need and why. Aaron did a great job with his own inspection (went up on the roof, took alot of measurements. Other companies we had out did not to that). In one week we meet with Aaron again to get are price quote (other companies said a price quote could take 2-3 weeks). Aaron again took his time to answer all our questions.
