The previous owners of my house must have hired the cheapest roofer they could find. We bought the house just a few years after that, and less than 3 years later we had leaking issues - less than 8 years after the previous work was done. We tried to fix and patch what we could, but at some point you just have to give up and have it properly fixed. When I called Infinity, Todd Wilks came out and immediately started pointing out areas that were sloppy and just plain wrong, and did an excellent job of explaining why. I told him that I did not want to have to worry about my roof ever again, whether rain would start dripping through my dining room light fixture, or through the outlet in a bathroom, or running down the wall in my living room. We agreed to a complete tear off, removing every piece of substandard material that was already in place, and doing a complete deck-over with good, quality materials. They were able to get the work scheduled and started relatively quickly, which was also a plus. When the crew showed up the first day, they were exactly on time, were professional, courteous, polite and worked hard all day until it was too dark to see. They did that for the several days it took to fix this mess of a roof. Everyone I worked with at Infinity (from Todd, to Scotty, to Padra and all the install guys) was wonderful. Not only did they work hard to get me a new, quality roof, but they also gave me peace of mind that I won't have to worry about it for many, many years - if ever. I will definitely be calling them again for other exterior work on my house!
