The project coordinator, Charlie Smart, from Infinity has been very helpful in getting our roof estimates so that we could get our conditional approval from the Wisconsin historical society. We have selected them to replace our aging roof.

The project they completed for us was a complete new roof. This included tearing off the old, repairing any roof boards that were rotten, and installing new ice and water shield and shingles. They also replaced the roof exhausters and box vents. The crew from Infinity was very prompt on the days that they worked and they were also very efficient. The were very careful to protect all of our bushes, trees, and outdoor furniture when they were working near any of them. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after completion.

The representative that we worked with from Infinity Exteriors was Isaac Tomlins. He was very helpful in pointing out all of the issues we were experiencing with our roof and guided us to the best solution. He offered us several options and was very easy to work with. He made sure we understood the entire process to make sure we knew exactly what we would be getting. It was a pleasure working with him and would highly recommend this company.
Just wanted to add on to my review. Our roof was installed on April 5th and all went very smoothly. Adam, our project manager, did a wonderfull job of keeping us informed and overseeing the whole process from start to finish. The crew that they had here were great, super friendly and did a spectacular job. Everything turned out perfect and after they had finished our yard and all around the house was super clean. You would have never guessed we had a new roof put on. My wife and I would recomend Infinity to anyone ,very pleased with the work performed for us. The roof on my house and garage was 22+ years old and ready to be replaced. I only contacted Infinity Exteriors because of the radio commercials I've heard over the last 8 years or more. They build trust through their ads, I acted on that trust and I'm extremely pleased that I did. Dan, the sales rep, did a thorough inspection of the house and garage, he used current technology to measure and estimate what was needed and he provided me with the estimate all in one meeting. Two days before the project started, a dumpster was delivered. The day of the project, 7 roofers arrived at 7am and got started. The crew was polite, friendly and knew what to do. Prada, Infinity's inside support rep, kept in contact with me during the day and was ready to answer questions if I had any. Both roofs were done in one day and the site was impeccably cleaned at the end. Scotty, the project manager, came the next day to inspect the work, answer any questions and reinforced Infinity's warranty. Going forward, I will confidently recommend Infinity Exteriors to anyone needing roofing replaced. Thanks Josh Sparks for assuring the end result lived up to the messages in your radio ads. Jay

The scope of work for our old farm house included entry door re-location, windows, siding (we had wood) and gutters (we had none). Nick Morn did not bring just the sales side, he brought ideas that helped us retain the original farm using new materials. All of their crews were so courteous and their work area was clean every evening before they left. The estimate was comparable to the others we received. Our project(s) started and finished on time and there were no surprises on the billing. We are beyond pleased with our overall experience.

The short version--Leaking roof. Problem fixed! Details include the fact that I live out-of-state and my tenant reported the issue. I called a couple of places and Infinity Exteriors/Roofing was as accommodating and timely as could be with the estimate, the repair date and the completion of the job. I communicated with Victor and I felt completely reassured that the job would be (and has since been) taken care of. Of course the rains will be the telling factor, but the warranty I received from this company tells me they are totally confident in the work they do.
