Update 10/20: I'm very happy with the windows themselves and the service we received throughout the installation process.

Although my email had been provided, it hadn't made it into the system, so we had missed a number of automated updates about the process. This was a factor in the lag time on getting scheduled. I thought it was odd that what we were scheduled for was basically just for another worker to come out and measure the windows that had already been scheduled, but he was very quick and friendly.

After that, once our email had been set up correctly, we started receiving periodic updates on the status of our project. That helped a lot with the nationwide supply shortages affecting the timeline of a project like this, so I didn't feel uncertain about the status of our project going forward. The windows did not take longer to make than expected, and once they were ready we promptly received a call to schedule installation.

Installation went smoothly. The windows look great and work great, and I'm noticing a big difference in ease of use, cleaning and also am not finding any drafts like we had with the old windows. A bonus detail is that the caulk was applied really thoughtfully - the line is very clean and not clumping or crumbling like some of the older caulk throughout the home.

Thanks for working with us on this, and will continue to update periodically as we see how the windows work out over time.

They cashed my deposit for our service without even scheduling the work itself, despite promising we'd have a call to schedule within a week (we are past that). So I have no idea when the work is actually going to be done and am just out the money until they get back to me. I tried calling to follow up about it and was just told that they'd "get back to me as soon as possible" without an apology, an explanation or any assurance on the status of the project.

EDIT: Almost immediately after posting this review, we got a call from the guy who booked us and he tried to tell us this was all standard practice, that they call within 7-10 days to schedule and immediately send a followup email with details about the job. Then he said we hadn't gotten that communication because we "didn't provide an email," even though our copy of the contract does have my email address on it. This is different from what he told us when he first booked the service, which was that we would be receiving a phone call within 7 days - not 7-10 - after sending in our deposit. He said we would get a call to book us on Monday as well as a follow-up on our review.

UPDATE: The final product is really nice. We love the look of it. During the process, the team was always attentive to fixing any issues that we noticed. Also great to know that we're protected by their Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. Thanks to Tim, Mike and the Infinity Team.

My wife and I are first time homeowners, and when we bought our home we knew we would need new siding, soffit, fascia and gutters. At first, this was only supposed to be a gutter project. But after thinking about it, we decided we would just do everything at once.

We pitched the project to several contractors. Tim from Infinity came out a 2nd time (after the initial gutter visit) to go through an estimate for the siding, soffit, fascia and gutters.

Tim knew we liked the look of LP siding but were wary of the high price, so he suggested LP trim with vinyl siding. This suggestion, along with the very competitive price put Infinity in the lead for our project. We had other people come out, but I don't think they move the same amount of product as Infinity and aren't able to offer as competitive of a price.

Another place even offered to match Infinity's price (after the sales guy trashed them the whole time he was here), which was very off-putting. Why not just be competitive right away?

I'd be lying if I wasn't worried / over-thinking about the project, quality of work and the hope that this turns out perfectly.

Tim did remind us of Infinity's lifetime workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer warranty coming for the products.

We are looking forward to our project starting in 6-8 weeks and can't wait to see how our home will look.

Utilizing this company for our siding needs. We sought out multiple companies for estimates, and, Infinity Exteriors stood out - for multiple reasons, even through just the preliminary process. Their product seems top-notch, and reasonable. Caleb was up-front and transparent when discussing the options (pros and cons, etc.), making it ultimately easy to make our decision(s). He never felt pushy, or made the process feel rushed. We were allowed to make our decisions on our own time. All questions he made sure to answer satisfactorily. They were prompt, responsive to both telephone calls and email, and courteous (and respectful and safe during this time where the pandemic still lingers, wearing a mask when asked, distancing, etc.), especially important with a small child at home. We look forward to watching the progress of our siding project in the near future!
