Very happy from start to finish with our roofing, gutter, and window project. Logan was super informative in the first meetings helping us narrow in our project's scope. From there, both project managers Shaun and Adam helped keep our project on track and met their original timeline. The quality of the work on the roof/gutters was second to none and the windows were installed without any issues. The follow up after the project was immediate and the project managers stopped by to ensure everything went smoothly. I could always reach the sales/project team same day via phone or email which was appreciated. Whole project was completed within a week which allowed us to move in on time and without inconvenience. Very happy with my windows installed by Infinity Exteriors. Brent was very helpful and informative going over the options; and receptive to the questions I had. I felt no pressure during the sales process which was a huge relief after having dealt with other pushy sales people from other companies. The installation crew finished 16 windows in 4 days, and did a great job with a special exterior trim request I had and saved some old windows for me when I asked. They even put trim around one window I wasn't replacing so that it matched the trim on the new windows. They were courteous and respectful of my home, and made me aware of any irregularities they had to work around due to how my house was constructed. It was nice to receive emails informing me where my windows were in the process (ordered, built, shipped, etc).
