We are in our first home and this is our first insurance claim. We also recently welcomed our second daughter so adding the stress of getting a new roof was not something that we were looking forward to. Ben made this completely stress free for us. He was very kind to my wife when I wasn't home, was willing to spend all the time necessary to explain every detail of their quote to us and what the insurance quote meant compared to their quote. He even reached out to our insurance adjuster himself and did the back and forth to get some details sorted out. I don't think that Infinity could have asked for a better person to represent their company to their customers.
