We asked for a quote from Infinity Exteriors for a roof replacement. Tom was training Sam. They came in and I wanted them to talk to my husband, as I was busy at my desk at home, after introducing themselves to my husband they walked over to me and offered their names and a handshake. They definitely had my attention at this point. I've worked in Customer Service many years, so when I witness great customer service I pay attention. This was our third quote AND the most impressive. From the beginning to the end, their quote was more thorough than the other quotes and definitely more enthusiastic! I would recommend Tom and Sam with Infinity Exteriors to anybody! We asked Infinity to come and give estimates for putting new skylights. Tim Brown stopped by and explained everything well and provided a quote. The estimation and quoting experience was very good. We are looking forward to getting this project done.
Update after 4 months - Infinity did a fantastic job. We have had no problems with the skylights work. I would definitely recommend Infinity for Skylight work.

We bought a home in April 2018 that we knew was going to need help to rectify the rot that had been progressing in the pressboard front siding and 70's decorative trim for the past 40 years. We got a few estimates from other siding contractors but when Jordan came to our home and presented us with samples and options, we knew right away that Infinity would be the right company for the job!
The crew was great! Quick to alert us to issues and we got them rectified in a timely manner. On the fly, we changed up the project to include a complete tear off of the decorative brick on the bottom half of the house and James was quick to oblidge and get the job done. He was also great at troubleshooting when we weren't sure how to deal with some challenges aesthetically! The whole crew was super patient when my boys wanted to help out with the project too!
Jordan and Nick came out a few times to make sure things were progressing well and upon our final walk through, they were quick to agree that a little fining tuning was needed and that was accomplished a few days later.
The change to our home is INCREDIBLE and the craftsmanship can be seen even from the road. They were able to match the front siding to the existing siding on the sides of our home to make the design seem seamless. Honestly, you can't go wrong choosing Jordan and Infinity Exteriors for your siding project!
