We cannot say enough good things about Infinity Exteriors, LLC, of New Berlin, WI. They have been prompt, courteous, and wonderful to work with from start to finish of our project. All the staff we have interacted with have been very knowledgeable and professional. Infinity Exteriors kept us well-informed as each stage from finalization of the contract, ordering of materials, and scheduling their skilled crews. We chose Infinity for a complete exterior overhaul that included windows, siding & multiple types of doors. Given the size if the project, we talked with multiple companies. Without question, Infinity was the most responsive, most professional and most knowledgeable of the companies we talked to. Infinity's Tom G pointed out details several other vendors glossed over, or just plain missed. He was easy to work with, answered all our questions and guided us thru all of our questions and concerns. The Infinity quoting process was easy to understand and we were able to touch and feel samples for everything we considered. Looking forward to the future stages of the project.

We contacted Infinity Exteriors due to recent roof failure and water leakage in the attic of our 96 year old home. We were instantly confident that we had made the right call. We hired Infinity for a roof re-deck and shingle install, all new venting and custom installed chimney flashing and couldn't be happier. Ricky, our estimator, provided a detailed walk through and explained the process thoroughly. Infinity checked in with us every step of the way. Our project manager Chad was in constant communication with our crew. Pictures were even provided for all damaged areas repaired. We are very pleased with the work Infinity did and highly recommend them.

We contacted Infinity Exteriors for replacing our roof summer 2020 after the derecho moved through. We had minor leaking but no obvious damage to the roof itself. They provided the best quote with the best warranty. It was an obvious choice to go with them for that alone.
Better, they worked with us to schedule the installation the following spring instead of late-November when the material came in. The day of installation, we had a crew of over a dozen here. They were done in 7 hours, including clean up. They did a good job cleaning up the nails, scrap, etc. that had blown around the yard on a windy day, even going into our neighbors yards to track down pieces that had blown over there.
A few things were damaged (gutter, downspout, trellis beam) but Infinity will be replacing them at no cost to us.
Best of all, the new roof looks fantastic. Very pleased with the results.

We continue to use Infinity Exteriors for all of our exterior work. They just completed a complete tear off roofing installation for house and garage. As usual, they did a first class job. From the extensive information, access to project management to excellent execution and clean up. First class staff with Caleb, Chad and site manager Juan. Office support is also top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any exterior projects.
