We had hail damage from a storm that went through our area on May 7th 2024. A very good friend of mine had Infinity Exteriors do his roof & couldn't enough good things about then. Every person I spoke with there was so helpful, friendly an honest. I want to personally thank each person by name. Thank you Isaac. Thank you Padra. Thank you Tim. Thank you Ricky. Thank you Steve. Thank you Alicia. Thank you to the owner for having such a great crew. I should also mention the workers that came out to do the actual replacement work were all great too. Very efficient and cleaned up afterwards, not a single nail or screw to be found anywhere after they were done. If I ever need any other work done in the future they will be the first people that I will call. If I would have to describe my Impression of their company I would say TRUSTWORTHY.

We had hail damage in 2024. We contacted 5 different companies to help us through the process, and Infinity was the best in support. Price was right in line with the others as well. What set Infinity apart was 1) Logan being extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to reply and 2), Logan's experience helping get a claim approved with our insurance. I also appreciated him not being pushy with sales - he just wanted to help, it was great.
Communication was great throughout the project, you receive text or email updates as they go.
He (and Sean, our project manager) were a pleasure to work with. They did a completely new roof and gutters/downspouts in THREE DAYS on our 6,000sqft house. It was very impressive. I took some before and after pictures with my drone for reference. We will use Infinity again!

We had Infinity Exteriors over to our home to give us an estimate, from a referral from a very good friend of ours. On the morning of the appt a young man Adam cam out to the house, he was on time, professional, and willing to spend the time to explain there roofing plans for our home. We decided to elect Infinity to do our roof, I even had specific days I wanted the roof to be done and Infinity was able to accommodate that date. On the morning of the project I was impressed with the Project Manager Dan as well as his crew who was headed up by Able. Needless to say the 8 man crew jumped into high gear pretty quickly they arrived at 7am and were done with my roof around 2-3pm, clean up was done very well, my house is surrounded by plants and flowers and not a single one received damaged. I ran into Adam 1 week before my roof was to start and he shook my hand ans assured me I was going to be impressed. I think the above speaks volumes for how impressed I was. Thanks Infinity Exteriors I will highly recommend you.

We had Infinity Exteriors to replace our roof (2 layers) and most of the wood decking. The roofing team was efficient & showed quality workmanship. Excellent job protecting our house and landscaping. We had Infinity help us restore our 1870 Victorian home, and they did an amazing job. It turned out better than we could have hoped and they were so easy to work with.
From planning to execution, they made suggestions and helped us keep the look we were looking for while giving us the (much) lower maintenance that we are looking forward to. They rebuilt our entire front porch, replaced 2 flat roofs, replaced all the siding, and replaced all the gutters. Our project manager gave us updates and kept us well informed as to progress.

We had infinity install a new roof and siding to our home in Q4-21. In June of 22 we had a major hail storm that did severe damage to our new roof , but our insurance only wanted to repair 3/4 of our roof. This made no sense to us and our Infinity rep Jason went to bat for us.After many conversation and finally dealing with the actual insurance decision makers Jason was able to secure a 100% fully paid-for new roof. This was our second new roof within a year and we have been totally please with all the different folks we dealt with at Infinity. Hats off to Jason, his site managers and all the guys on the roof and ladders. They did a great job (twice). I sure hope this doesn't become a yearly thing, but I would certainly know where to turn if it does.
