We hired Infinity to replace the siding and gutters on our home. Our project coordinator Ricky M. was very helpful when it came to choosing materials for our project, got things moving in a reasonable timeframe, and communicated with us throughout. It is clear that the crews who did both the siding and gutters were experienced and efficient in the jobs they do. We love the look of our "new" home! Infinity is my go-to contractor for exterior needs. As the Maintenance Director for area luxury apartment communities I have had them repair damaged fascia, replace the shingled roofs on 8 buildings with 33 apartments per building, and I am currently using them to replace windows in that same community. Jake K. goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right from the first meeting about a project, to any follow-up and service needed after the jobs are complete. When it comes to doing the job, the installers workmanship is of the highest quality and they get the job done in a timely matter. All while keeping it clean to be as minimally intrusive to our residents as possible. I have referred Infinity to family and friends for window and roofing work on their homes. Needed a re-roof due to deterioration of the shingles. Got a quick quote that was competitive (but not the cheapest). Because of the size and pitch of the roof, the project took a week to complete. The foreman on the crew was very responsive to our questions. The crew only stripped as much as could be re-shingled that day so that none of the bare exterior was exposed when the day's work was complete. Each day the yard was carefully cleaned. Roof has received multiple compliments for friends and neighbors. Well done!

We used Infinity to replace siding on an addition, install two replacement windows, and convert an old door opening into a large picture window. I had several companies quote the project but Zac, the sales rep from Infinity, was by far the best to work with. He answered all my questions and was quick and professionally, without being pushy like some other companies had been. There were a few hiccups getting the window permit from the city but they kept me informed on the progress and took care of all the details. Both the window crew and siding crew were very fast and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Infinity for anyone looking for windows and siding.

From start to finish- the whole team is phenomenal. Communication is superb. They answer every and all questions! If there is a concern- you're immediately receiving a phone call or text message and they will fix the issue right away. They work within your budget and there is no upselling.
