We had our 30 year old gutters replaced by Infinity and Jake was the project manager. From Amanda doing the initial quote to the installation and final walk through with Jake everything was done to our satisfaction.

We had our house resided, soffit and fascia done. Went from cedar to a vinyl / LP combo. Installed August 2023. The house itself looks amazing and this review is based on their results. The workers themselves worked hard and cared about what they did. The workmanship is top shelf.
In all honesty I think some communication during the install period, 10 calendar days, could have been improved but I'm a stickler for that as well. I know Infinity reads this and they know my issues on that front but the job was done as expected and better.
Would I recommend them? Absolutely. When I need a roof they are on my list for sure.

We had our roof and all our windows replaced by Infinity Exteriors. They were very attentive to all details from explaining different options and styles of windows to picking up each evening as they finished for that day. All the crew members were polite and respectful of us and our property. The new roof is great but the windows are amazing And we love the grids inside the window which makes for quick cleaning. And to be able to clean your windows from inside with such ease is nice. I actually have been more inclined to clean them on a regualr basis because of this.

We had our roof and siding replaced as part of an insurance claim. After talking to several contractors, Infinity was a no-brainer. They were competitively priced and gave us the peace of mind that comes with working with an established company. When a few small issues popped up (typical of any job), they handled them as quickly as they could. They're a must-call if you're gathering quotes for your project.

We had our roof done along with residing our dormers and new gutters. The whole experience was excellent. Their communication was first class. I always knew where we were in the process and prior to start we reviewed the project again to make sure we were all on the same page. Throughout the project I got updated each day and a chance to review the work. We love our new roof and the work that Infinity did. We would definitely hire them again.

We had our roof replaced a few years ago and when the hail storm came through I couldn't get ahold of my contractor so I had Infinity out to inspect for storm -- Logan came out just a day later. I was happy to hear that my roof was installed well and my shingles held up against the storm (lucky us, right?!) After further conversations about our future exterior projects, I learned that Infinity installs windows....so it sounds like that may be a project for next year !
