We had water leaking in our attic around the chimney. David was so responsive and ready to help us. Excellent customer service. He took the time to evaluate the issue and educate us on our options. Our service was reasonably priced and executed in a timely manner. Sean did a great job at communicating with us the project timeline. He also followed up to make sure everything checked out. His team completed the job so quickly and carefully. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We had windows done on the first level along with a new patio door installed. The entire process was great from start to finish. Zac was great from the first visit to go over what we needed and everything was explained fully. The install went well and we are extremely happy with our new windows and door. We will be using Infinity Exteriors in the future.

We had windows replaced in our late 1990s Belinski home. They needed. Infinity's sale staff (David Deaton) was excellent to work with regarding our choices and options, and presenting what we could expect. Our Project Managers, Harlee and JR were excellent in communication during the interim between ordering and installation and then our install crew (Dan and Dan) did a GREAT job of installing the windows, patio door, and new trim around everything (we even had new trim put around the garage and the pole by the front door). Commuinication was great after the project as well and when we had one window that would not open, JR came out and had it operational in no time at all.

All in all - the Infinity team was excellent, and I have already recommended them to a coworker who also will be looking to have windows replaced in her home. I know each project has its own challenges, but we know we will be calling Infinity when we replace our roof or windows and siding. Thank you Infinity staff - you provided excellent customer service all around.

Not only was he the best presenter,he also was very knowledgeable and informative. We both agree Aaron did an outstanding job. We look forward to working with Infinity this fall when we get our new roof and gutters.

He helped us with our insurance carrier to make sure we received the maximum amount of funds to help cover for a new roof, gutters and siding.
