We just bought our first house a few months ago, and recently had a patch of shingles ripped off in a wind storm. Being first time homeowners and never having dealt with something like this before, we were pretty stressed out to say the least. As soon as Ben arrived, I felt so much better. Ben immediately reassured me that he was going to take care of everything. He was very thorough with his inspection of our roof. He took pictures of the damaged area so that we could see exactly what it looked like and what needed to be repaired. He also checked out the rest of the roof to see if other areas had less-noticeable damage. Ben said that the roofing crews were booked out about 3 weeks, but that he had nothing scheduled that afternoon and would personally come to patch the singles. Talk about great customer service! I am the queen of worrying, so to know that in a matter of hours we would have a completed roof again was such a relief. Amazing, outstanding service!! I cannot say that enough!! Will definitely be recommending Infinity Exteriors to all of our friends!

We just completed a large project of new windows, new doors and all new James Hardy siding (from original cedar), trim, facia - the works. Our project was several years in the making. When we first met Zac D. a few years ago we appreciated his honesty and more casual approach - he wasn't into the hard sell. He waited for us to be ready. When we finally signed to take on the project, it took about 3.5 weeks to finish.
The doors and windows were first. JR (PM) and the team Mark and Jibs (Steve) were awesome. It is intimidating to have people in your house for a week, but they made it very comfortable. They are such good guys - really appreciated their professionalism...and their perfectionism! Everything looked great and the new windows and doors are just wonderful.
The siding and trim were second. Jake (PM) and his team were also wonderful. They fixed things I didn't expect, replacing rotted out plywood, even foam board and insulation that some birds found as a great condo (unfortunately they were evicted)! The team cleaned up very nicely at the end of every day and were very respectful to the entire family.
While the entire project was a lot, the results are just awesome. Our neighbors are commenting that we have a whole new house! We would highly recommend Infinity Exteriors to anyone looking for doors, windows, siding - all or any part of it.

We just completed the initial pre-roof install process with Brent with Infinity Exteriors. We had several estimates from other companies as well. Brent was by far the most thorough of all - for example climbing into the attic, checking out the vents, sharing all options in a non-sales factual fashion. The quote itself was right in there with the rest using high quality products but the quality of the inspection was by far better than the others. He knows his business and takes the time to stay current regarding the process and requirements of quality roofing.

We just had Infinity Exteriors put a new roof on our house and we could not be more pleased. Everyone we had the pleasure of working with was so friendly and professional. We appreciated the time Danny Stemper spent explaining all of the options available, and the special trip he made back to the house to drop off samples. Once we made our decision we got a call from Chad Melichar to schedule the install, and it was only a few days before the crew was at the house exactly on time. I left for work in the morning and came home to a completed project the same evening. The only way you could tell they were there was by the beautiful new roof on the house. Their attention to detail in the installation, clean-up, and the final inspection Danny did the following day were really appreciated. Danny even took pictures when he was on the roof so he could show my husband the work that was done so he didn't have to go up on the roof himself. Infinity finished our new roof and attic ventillation two days ago and we are extremely pleased to say the least.
