Ben Gutkowski came out less than 24 hours later and inspected the roof, diagnosed the problem (a cracked vent boot), took pictures to show me, and repaired it for a reasonable expense and in less than an hour. Ben also advised me on other issues that we should be aware of for the future. Will definitely use Infinity again.

We originally reached out to Infinity to get some repair and upgrade work done on a few rental properties we own. The first property needed a new roof and siding. We wanted to give the second property a fresh look with new siding and trim. My original sales person was very knowledgeable of the product and answered all of my questions. Our project managers were great at explaining the scope of work and what to expect during the process.

I was so pleased with how the rentals turned out that I decided to upgrade my personal home. Dave came out to give me an estimate on a new roof along with siding and trim. He was very instrumental in helping us choose colors and a style we love. Both the roof and the siding crews did an amazing job and they were very pleasant to interact with. I would highly recommend Infinity Exteriors and I plan to contact them for future projects . I've attached before and after pictures of our last project.

We purchased a house earlier in 2022 and knew we had to replace the old cedar roof. We had 6 companies come out to quote the job for a full roof tear off as well as new gutters and downspouts. From the first time Jason came over he never pressured us to go with Infinity nor did he steer us to any specific roof selection. He simply laid out all the options for us, explained the differences in each option, answered our questions and then let us decide. We ended up choosing Infinity to install the roof and gutters. They were not the cheapest selection but they were competitive and we had a piece of mind and comfort level with the company after dealing with Jason.

Once the products arrived and Sean the project manager took over, everything went very smoothly. The team made sure that everything was done the way we wanted it. They cleaned up the job site pretty well (yes you will find a few nails and staples afterwards on the driveway and in the grass/planter beds) and they came back in the days afterwards to repair some window screens that were torn during installation.

Our experience was very good, we would recommend Infinity and we are going to have them out again to quote siding and windows as well.
