We selected Infinity for several reasons. 1: referral from one of their past customers 2: professionalism during inspection/quote 3: price
Brent was very thorough during the inspection process, including exterior inspection as well as interior/attic inspection. He took time to educate us on roofing selection, installation process, and proper ventilation. We were not pressured to sign a contract, and having a friend who had used Infinity made us even more comfortable to move forward. To top it off, their price was very competitive with some other contractors and significantly lower than others. Overall, we are very happy with the roof and will gladly refer Infinity to others.

We started having a leaking problem in our basement. The guys from Infinity came out and inspected the roof and the chimney. They found the chimney was leaking and it was going all the way into the basement. The wood and siding was removed completely and some of it had to be reframed. We were informed the entire way of what was going on and any additional costs we would incur. When you have an issue like we had. You don't really know until the damage is revealed behind the wood. It ended up being a two day project. Andy was the main installer. He's a pro! Works quickly but does an outstanding job. Craftsmanship was top notch.

We used Infinity to replace our siding and windows - it was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone on the team (but especially our main contact, Ricky) was responsive and professional. Ricky listened to our needs and concerns and provided thoughtful recommendations for what would work best for our home. He was transparent about timelines and delivered on all commitments. When I asked for the crews to be scheduled consecutively (instead of as two separate projects) everyone worked together to make it happen. The crew was quick, clean and highly skilled. We're very happy with the end result; it was a big investment but we got our money's worth!
