Would recommend Infinity Exteriors for any roofing project in a heartbeat! From the initial contact, our advisor, Ben, was responsive and clear. He assisted us with submitting a claim to insurance for possible storm damage and was flexible in joining the claims adjuster at the house. When it turned out the insurance payout would be limited and the claim was retracted, Ben was patient with us and scheduled a time to meet to discuss moving forward with a full roof replacement. When we met, his explanation of the quote was clear and he assisted us with making a call regarding financing. Infinity has a fantastic tracker sent via email that let us know where our project was at each step of the way (e.g., materials were ordered, materials arrived and awaiting scheduling, etc). Our project manager was Scotty. He also had great communication and easily worked with us on how to pivot on dumpster delivery after some recent flooding. Overall, I have never experienced such clear and responsive communication from a company! Bonus: The work done on the roof was also fantastic! Our roof replacement was completed in one day and the team did a wonderful job with clean up. We were worried about nails with our dog, so we bought a yard magnetic. However, there was no need, as we barely found any leftover nails. 100% positive experience!
