I am writing to review my experience with Infinity Exteriors. First, Junior Reyes, our salesman, was a pleasure to work with-very responsive and polite and thorough. The installation was excellent. Really easy to work with, and their workmanship was outstanding!!

They were professional prompt, and the hardest working crew my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I contracted Infinity for my new roof and to repair a persistent leak that other roofers couldn't isolate. Infinity was sure they knew where the water was coming from and, so far, after my install, no more leaks. More importantly, they lived up to their promise that they wouldn't be satisfied unless I was. There were some issues with the appearance of the leak repair and Infinity went above and beyond to improve the aesthetics. The final result is awesome. The whole team was wonderful, including Victor my sales representative, Chris my project manager, Carley my project coordinator, Jose and his roofing crew, and Gerardo who fixed the aesthetics. Thanks also to Jake, Brand Manager, for coordinating the final steps. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Infinity Exteriors.

I contracted with Infinity for roof, windows, and siding replacement for our upnorth home. They did an excellent high quality job on all aspects of the work. The crew was very professional, polite, and hard working. They put in 12 hour days and cleaned up after every day. Their work was impeccable. The finished product looks great.

We received many positive compliments from neighbors regarding the crews work ethic, quality of work, cleanliness of the job sight, long hours worked, etc. The outcome of this project was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

This was a very large project and was successful managed by Ricky, which was on-site daily checking on the crews, their workmanship, materials and timing of projects. He was great at scheduling and communicating project timing and progress. The project was very well managed with a great outcome thanks to his detailed eye and follow-up.

Jake was my Sales - Brand Leader and also took the time to check on things and follow-up with me on any concerns. I got a call daily from the Infinity Office to make sure I was pleased with that days progress and workmanship. Great detailed follow-up by this company.

Bottom line, it was a tough and stressful decision finding a contractor for this size jobs and one to do it right. I was very pleased that I selected Infinity. Everyone I came in contact with at Infinity took pride in their workmanship, were very professional, and polite. I would most definitely hire them again. Great company with great people, taking care of their customers. Excellent experience!!! Keep up the great work Infinity.

I got bids from 5 different companies on siding and insulation for our 1890's farmhouse. Infinity beat all the other bids, using the same products the other guys were using, and giving a better guarantee! The price was so good that I was also able to afford new shingles on the garage roof, also with Infinity.

Victor and Junior (sales), Ricky (siding), and Hunter (roofing) were exceptionally accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. They were excellent with follow-up and follow-through, and when I had questions before the project even started, they replied to my emails or calls very quickly.

The crew was amazing! Great guys, both professional and friendly. Did I mention QUICK? They completed the project on my 3-story house in 2 days, while paying close attention to all details and dealing with all the extra challenges and nuances of a 135-year-old home. These guys are obviously experts in their field. I watched the whole process, and I have no complaints.

Thank you so much to everyone at Infinity! I'm walking on clouds every time I look at my beautiful home.

I had the pleasure of working with Isaac during the planning phase of this project and he was super helpful and patient throughout. Once the project started we worked with Ricky for everything on site. Ricky checked in with us daily to make sure things were on schedule and to see if we had any questions or concerns. Ricky was always very easy to get in touch with and always kept us informed if anything came up during the project. Unfortunately they did run out of the stone needed to finish the front of our house, but those things happen. I know that Ricky worked late to find what we needed and did whatever he could to get it there asap so they could finish everything up for us! I would definitely recommend Infinity Exteriors!
