Infinity Exteriors went above and beyond when replacing our roof. They were very communicative throughout the process with daily updates on the project. Completing a roof at the end of November in Wisconsin weather is not ideal for the anyone, but the workers worked in the cold from dawn until it was dark out. What really earned them 5 stars was how they went above and beyond by fixing our Christmas lights that had to be moved to complete the project. We thought we'd have to fix them when everything was complete but to our surprise when we looked at the completed project, the lights had been fixed to the roof line again. We would definitely recommend Infinity Exteriors!

Infinity was great from start to finish. Jake spent the time with us going through everything we wanted, designing and explaining the process, great advice when we weren't sure about something, and went the extra mile to get us where we were comfortable in our budget. Ricky oversaw the project and was on top of making sure everything was going as planned, and that we were satisfied in the process and the finished product. He was consistently on top the crew making sure the work was done to his standards, walking around the house making sure everything was up to par. Jeremy was great in overseeing some of the projects as well and made sure the work was done timely, correctly and with quality.

Everyone was extremely hard working, provided quality work, was great and thorough with clean up. Even after our project was finished and we decided to replace our front door, Ricky was great in helping us fix the trim around the entryway that needed adjusting with the new door. I can't say we've got anything to complain about in the process, how we were treated, the work that was done, the quality of products, how hard working the crew was, and the timing start to finish.

Isaac J. was awesome!! We have been trying to get repairs completed since the hail storm last April! We called Infinity and Isaac came out the same day and gave us a quote to repair our home's siding. He was extremely professional. He answered all our questions and gave us comfort knowing the job will be completed without any problems that we've experienced so far with other companies.
