Made the right choice!!
I discovered Infinity Exteriors at the Fox Cities Exhibition Center. My first contact was with a young male who was confident with the company. I then met two others with Infinity Exteriors. I made an appointment for an estimate with Jake. Follow-up texts arrived. He came at the planned time and was patient.
As a widow, I was "heard" with what I wanted in doors. I was not talked "down" to or talked "at". Never once was it said I "should" do/buy this product. I was never pressured. Never were there any unusual compliments/flattery/BS. We talked DOORS!!!
Jake was very knowledgeable. He priced different styles of doors to compare pricing. He was able to offer suggestions that I was not aware of and the reasons behind them.
When I asked him why I should choose Infinity from another company, he always answered by what his company sold, and the services offered. He never attacked the other companies. Talk about civility!!!!!
The company is veteran owned. My late husband (retired Navy) would be so happy and proud.
I had a follow-up question and called the next day. I got Jake directly and not "please leave a message after the beep" or "stay on the line your call is important to us".
At the end of the day, I'm at peace. The doors are beautiful. The process was not stressful. I got all my questions answered. Infinity Exteriors was the right choice!!!!
