As a first time homeowner, roof replacement sounded like a scary process, but Infinity Exteriors made it a breeze. When I requested a quote, they responded very quickly to set up an appointment and Danny came out the next day. He was beyond thorough inspecting the house, checking the attic, and patient in answering all our questions and explaining how the process of roof replacement and gutters works. We felt very comfortable that we were choosing a reliable company to take care of such a big project. Our project manager Jim kept us up to date during the entire process leading up to the big day and sent us progress pictures of the different layers of our roof being completed. We’re so happy with our new roof and gutters and will definitely be repeat customers for any future work we may need.

Jason came to our house and gave us a detailed 3D view of our house siding options. He also had physical examples of materials and colors of different quality levels of siding so we could make an informed decision. He helped us with some style decisions and was patient with all of our questions. I felt very comfortable moving forward with Infinity to do the work on our house. Just an update on my review. The installation of the new roof (tearoff, new roof) was done in one day. The installation crew was thorough and left no mess in the yard. The project manager made several trips out to our home to ensure the job was going without a hitch and kept us appraised of the job. I didn't find a single roofing nail and our back patio was clear of all debris. I highly recommend Infinity when you are considering a new roof. They bid was right in line with other bids in terms of cost but exceeded others with their explanation, and quality of materials for the price. Great job
