Update 10/20: I'm very happy with the windows themselves and the service we received throughout the installation process.

New siding was installed quickly, on budget, and without major issue. Some minor hiccups afterwards(one piece wasn’t properly secured on the side of the house and came loose exposing the sheathing, front storm dorm was no longer able to close after new exterior trim was installed). However, these issues were addressed and resolved quickly, without fuss by the Infinity team. Aesthetically, the new siding looks great! Sales team and project managers were all very responsive and willing to educate w/o badgering us about adding extra services/installations. Overall, I would recommend and use Infinity again in their future for any home exterior project.

Great place to work with. We did a siding, roof, gutters, soffit, fascia project with them. The workers were quick and were friendly and did their best to be only as invasive as needed. Anytime a question came up the project managers were happy to talk things through. Any problems or accidental damage that happened, they came out, talked through things and worked out a solution quickly and followed through. From the start with the sales person, Caleb, to the project managers, Jake, Nick, and Sean, and all the way down to the workers, the only one I remember is Mark for the windows, were all great to work with.

Ricky, Scott, and the crew at Infinity were all incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. As soon as my contract was signed I received weekly email updates for "Project Manager Assigned", "Materials Ordered", "Materials Ready for Delivery", etc. The entire roof, including flat roof and replacement skylight, was 95% complete the first day. Crew did a great job cleaning up the site and were friendly and professional. ANY questions I had throughout the process were addressed immediately. Since they gave me roof with a 50 year warranty I'll have to use them again sooner for my windows and siding! Thanks again all!
